I decided to go there after Googling drinks and food near the area after leaving a doctors appointment and it was my first time going there and they had just opened. The atmosphere seemed very chill, plenty of TV screens, tables/seating and alcohol to choose from. There was hardly anyone there but it was early and drizzling out. I get there and wasn't greeted by anyone. There were 2 older gentlemen by the doorway talking but I wasn't sure if they worked there or if they were just customers. Walking in I didn't know how the situation was supposed to go being my first time there (example; Do I seat myself down and wait for someone to get my order or do I go to the bar, get my drinks/food and sit down?) I sat at the bar and there was a girl at the bar who didn't seem at all inviting and seemed kinda bothered almost (no big deal, maybe it was too early for her) but I was a bit disappointed that there was no bar menu for food or drinks and if there was then it wasn't offered to me. I asked the bartender for a recommendation on a "girly drink" (please note, I'm not a girly girl and I can definitely hold my alcohol, but wanted a sweet drink since I had several errands to run afterwards and also just wanted a quick bite to get on with my day. The bartender stated they didn't really have any girly drinks (despite some of the ingredients being behind the bar and Google showing photos of several girly drinks from other customers who had been there previously) she then stated she could make a margarita. Seemed more like she didn't know how to make drinks, or she actually knew how but didn't want to do all the extra work to make 'em? Regardless, I ordered a beer and a shot and took off. I'm more than likely not ever going back, first impressions mean a lot to me and seems like this place caters more to men instead of the general public as I didn't feel...

My wife and I wanted to have a night out and we used to come here when it was a great hometown restaurant called Two Steps. This place is an absolute nightmare unless you appreciate average tasting bar food, poor service, stinky patio (smelled like urine, not sure if animal or human), and super loud music and conversations. The music was so loud (and subsequent conservations around us), that my wife and I could not even carry on a conversation at our own table. We had ordered two drinks and some appetizers which took forever. The drinks were very watered down and the apps were very bland. Tasted like something from the freezer section of HEB. After finishing both we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, for our server to return and get our dinner order. It got to the point were I just decided and told my wife, "You know, this place does not give one rat's _ about us and neither does this server. Let's go over to Tiu Steppi's and get a good pizza!" So, as we are getting ready to leave the server notices us and says, "Oh, I'll be right by in a couple of minutes to get your order!" We both said "Great!, We're going to the restroom and will be right back!" We left, went and had a great pizza and some beers and will never be back. One of the worst dining experiences I have had. I've traveled the world over and came all the way back to Texas, and San Antonio to have it! Who would have thought? Only at...
Read moreWe were a big group that had all traveled to a hotel across from that location for a show in the area. Once we had gotten ready, we had walked there from across the street from our hotel with a couple adult drinks that we had from our rooms. It was our first drinks that a couple of us had, unwinding from our long drives and were hoping to unwind from the drive have some dinner and head to our show. We went to throw our said empty beverages in the trash in the lobby as responsible adults and were told that we would not be served and could not enter, because we had been drinking. I find it hard to believe that having a single drink before entering a bar that supports drinking would have that kind of requirement against drinking. I am beside myself that an establishment who's revenue is based on people who eat drink and be merry would refuse people to come into their estaishment for exactly that same reason. I have been to a few different Little Woordow establishments and have enjoyed every experience untill now. The tip for whoever would have been serving us would have been substantial for this size of a group and shame on you for not supporting their income if that is of any concern to you. I will not send a dime and will advise anyone I know to spend an honest dollar at a Little Woodrows ever.
Sincerely A former patron of your...
