We were visiting San Antonio on vacation and decided to try this place after receiving a flyer at our resort. We placed an order at 7:30 PM for two pizzas, three appetizers, and a salad. We were told it would take 45 minutes to an hour.
After over an hour passed and my kids were getting restless and hungry, I called to check on the order. I was told the delivery had left 15–20 minutes ago and would arrive any minute. After waiting another 20 minutes, I called again and was then told the delivery had just left and the food was hot and fresh.
The food didn’t arrive until nearly two hours after the order was placed. It was cold, greasy, and clearly not stored in any kind of thermal bag. The grease was leaking from the pizza boxes and the appetizers were stacked on top of each other in little paper trays— it was truly unappetizing.
I called to request a refund and explain the situation, only to be told to call back the next morning to speak with a manager. I called repeatedly throughout the next day with no answer. When I finally got through at 8 PM, I was told the supervising manager wouldn’t be in until Monday and that there was nothing they could do.
The customer service is terrible and the experience was completely unprofessional. Honestly, it seems like they advertise to tourists on vacation because the locals must know better.
I’ve reported this to my bank and, if I don’t hear back from their supervising manager or receive my refund, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better...

The food didn’t arrive. At 11pm I gave up and canceled the order and then searched for other restaurants still open.
I called to request a refund and explain the situation, only to be told no...the food has already been made and is on the way. $100 for 4 people!!

Read moreI got the flyer a couple of days ago and was excited to try it everything sounded so good on the flyer, NOPE! I called the store and was told there were no drivers available so I got my order from food dash and when I received it I have to say this is the worst place in San Antonio to get pizza! The pizza was extremely BURNT. Half of the pizza was super soggy and slimy and just tasted like they took the lid off the basil seasoning and just loaded it on there and the other half was black and burnt. The Alfredo pasta was small and watered down and big enough for a toddler to eat that was almost $14 And the wings tasted like they were store bought like frozen wings
So I called the store back and spoke with Xavier when I explained my issue with him he said to bring the pizza back and he would make another one I told him that I don’t have a vehicle and that was the whole point of getting it delivered He legit stayed quite for a good 2 minutes lol I had to ask him okay soo is there anything that can get done tomorrow if I get a ride and he said yeah sure just come in the store lol Please dont waste yall time 😂 I SPENT $70 btw on crappy food
