UPDATE: 29 April 2025. BOGO Tuesday is a fabulous deal. My husband ordered me a large everything pizza, and a large All Meats for himself and one for our adult Grandson. The gentleman who gave me husband those three pizzas checked them against the order and caught and corrected an omission at the counter. Great come-back!! Thank you!!

35 March 2025. We ordered three large pizzas tonight, all three for triangle cut. One of them (mine) was cut in your ridiculous "squares" which are instead an ungainly mish mash of shapes. I checked the receipt, which, ironically was attached to my box. All specified "triangle" cut. If your staff are that careless, you should set your online default to triangle, teach slicers to ALWAYS use triangle cut UNLESS otherwise requested. I'm really frustrated.

13 April 2924: My husband took advantage of your "eclipse special" two pizzas last night and had them delivered. The pizzas were delivered quickly, hot, fresh and delicious! They were each loaded with ingredients and cheese and mine was one of the very best pizzas I've had. He also got a calzone for us to share. He said the half he ate last night was great! I was already full of my pizza, and have 2/3 waiting for me to have fun lunch today and dinner tomorrow!...

Reminds me of how pizza was as a kid. Hot, fresh, no forced flavored crusts, and polite staff. Sign up for rewards, one point for every dollar, no fine print. Want a weird cut? They'll do it.

As a picky eater, the details matter. "Light sauce" has a specific measurement, but sometimes it doesn't get evenly spread. "well done" also depends on what toppings, so I'll take my part in some of that. Overall, every Marco's I've been to has been worth the slight difference in price over other establishments. They have decent specials, even though the website and app aren't always intuitive, and it's easy to earn points since it goes based on every dollar spent, not a minimum and even if you used a coupon, you earn points. They even honored a system glitch where my points were taken but it didn't apply it to my total, but I had prepaid. Fixed...

I would lik to give a special thank you kaylyn on austin hwy. I ordered 6 pizza on 9/8/25 and 2 of them were dry and my thin crust was very hard. But she was also the only one there literally by herself. So I call back today and she answered and I explained what happened and not only did she remake what I call and complain about she kept a amazing attitude through it all. She was sent rude or nasty and she never once ask for the mess up order back. Kaylyn keep up the good work and positive attitude because one day u will be store manager. God bless u. And thank u...
