My husband waited 10 minutes in line at 2:25am and took a few drinks asked for a courtesy top off of the drink, but was not just told that policy prohibited this at the drive thru as the manager decided to be condescending about it. My nuggets and fries were cold and my husband's sausage biscuit and hashbrowns were hot & fresh. Once at home I started eating after the long drive thru wait, but my husband called to inform the manager(?)of the varying food temperatures stating that he just wanted to let someone know, but would return the next day. The Male who answered the phone would not provide their name and told my husband that they would replace the cold items if we brought the food I already started eating back to the drive thru. Mind you, this was only a 6 piece nugget and small fries which doesnt take long to eat, he wanted the food back. I was not going to be able to provide half of the cold food for full replacement and the male.refused to give his name and hung up due to my husband recognizing this as the same person he was complaining about.
My husband tried to call back multiple times just to get a name resulting in several busy signals and fax tones, the Male refused again. I decided to make an attempt as my husband already lost all patience with this experience and it took 17 attempts for him to answer the phone.
I gave my name right away and asked for his, only for the Male to speak over me and say that I was harassing him. I provided my name 3 times and asked for his, explaining I wasnt going to continue to call, but after 17 attempts I would like his name. Read moreThe restaurant is generally kept clean in the public spaces like the dining room and men's room. I've also noticed several high scores on their inspections. I imagine that it would be safe to say that the back areas are also kept up to par.
The service is normally great. I feel like more than just a customer, especially when Tanisha was working. She always had a bright smile and a welcoming aura about her, ever so polite while offering kindly service; and making sure that the orders were not only correct, that any request or concern was promptly handled. The other employees are also quite polite and usually helpful with their services as well.
Of course, we all have bad days or stressful moments. In my opinion, considering my past experience in the food service industry to be specific, and my observation for the past 2½ years of working nearby; "complications and multitasking" will often test the threshold of a person's kindness and tolerance. Yet the team tries to disguise as they keep it together, while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism and continuous service for the patrons.
I have not had a single bad experience there. They maintain an atmosphere which is absent of outbursts and conflicts, for the very most. Instead, they welcome, serve, and extend assistance where applicable.

Read moreI don't know if this is a McDonald's-wide policy, but that policy that you can only do 2 orders per vehicle when busy is absolute nonsense. We ordered our meals ONLINE around 10:30, meaning we did it AHEAD OF TIME by 15 MINUTES and expected to be in and out within ten minutes, which is pretty reasonable for a fast food delivery line. We were in that line until 12 AM. 12 AM. I don't know what everyone else thinks is a reasonable time to wait for fast food, but that was absolutely insane. We had to go around that McDonald's three times in total, and every single time, the line was extremely long (the line is not their fault, but that policy definitely is). They were extremely adamant about not letting us get at least our last three meals as one order, even though we had literally ordered AHEAD OF TIME ON THE MCDONALD'S APP. We had no new orders, we just wanted the meals we had paid for AHEAD OF TIME. The first two people who got their food finished the meal literally as our second group got our food, and the second group finished their food when finally our last member was able to get the food.
