I can’t even begin to understand how a “fast food” restaurant can be so incredibly incompetent and severely incapable of delivering a decent customer experience, and “food” that even a starving person wouldn’t eat. From the moment I placed my mobile order and came through the drive through to pick it up, up until I drove off with a crumbled up bag of cold, soggy, and disgusting food. I had nothing short of a terrible experience. This literally has been on of the worst experiences I’ve ever received at any establishment and am at a loss for words on how they can even manage to get by with acting and running the things how they do. The enormous amount of reviews reflect similar experiences in such a short time period. It’s sad to even call this a McDonald’s let alone an operational business.
I would like to elaborate on my visit, I placed a mobile order at 2:03pm drove up to the speaker at 2:05 and then everything went down hill. I was at the speaker a person came on and asked if I was using the “McDonald’s app today” to which i responded “yes” and then proceeded to give them the order code/number after giving the code/number at the speaker i was met with complete silence and then was told minutes later to pull to the window. So I did just that I pulled up to the first window and was totally ignored by the person behind the shut window I waited for about 2 minutes and all the cars in front of me had already left or moved so I pulled up to the second window I explained that I had a mobile order and that I stopped at the first window and they failed to acknowledge me to any regard. And the sweet old lady apologized and assured me I was fine and confirmed my order and told me that pull into spot #5 because the were finishing it up. So I did exactly as she told me and proceeded to spot #5 I waited and watched 5-10 people either leave with their food or pull up into another spot next to mine. During this time the young man that was coming out with the food seemed to not have any training about anything whatsoever. He brought me the wrong order 2 times, I corrected him both times and reminded him about what my order was and at this point I had already been waiting 15+ minutes after speaking at the speaker he came out many more times and delivered food to other cars that had pulled into the “waiting spots” well after I did. He then came back out stood at my driver side window looking blankly at me for like 10-15 seconds and then asked me what I was waiting for. I was dumbfounded and couldn’t believe this was the service I and others coming here were getting, it came to be about 20 min after getting told to wait in spot #5 that i decided I wasn’t in the mood to eat from or support this particular establishment. I pulled out of my spot went back through the drive through explained the entire ordeal, and requested to speak to a manager. The response I was given by who I believed to be the manager was “I don’t understand what you need” I then explained everything again to no avail. I asked him his name to make sure I could speak with him at the window and he refused to give me his name and just said “pull up to the window” in a nasty tone. I pulled up to the window and was met with a heavy set black male, that told me that I need to stay in my spot to get my food. I was then handed an crumbled up, old, soggy, cold bag of “food” and then was told to leave. I did just that and don’t expect to ever return to this exact location. I hope that this location gets shut down and changes be made to improve the visits of future guests. I called their customer service and will follow through to the fullest extent possible to resolve this for myself and others after me....
Read moreThis McDonald's is by far the rudest McDonald's I've ever been to.... Unfortunately I work and go to barber school in the area and I have to come here because I use the app to order my food since it's cheaper than anywhere else! So I need to eat here since I'm a 36 yr old student...but I have sad need for y'all this McDonald's is out to torture the customer by giving really rude language, mean mugshots,no smiles in fact replaced by a growling mouth!😡 I can't stand to see my orders constantly mixed up and given to other guests instead of me but that's not the BD part! What I can't stand is the rude demeanor, not even a smile behind the counter. I should work there just to show my smile ... Maybe but they might corrupt my happy-go-lucky! , Infectious smile that my wife loves so much! I have the name of the manager that gave my order to a wrong guest and then made it, like it was my fault that happened. Omg Celia get it right or find a jail to work at cus McDonald's needs smiling faces not a Fidel Castro type of attitude not the tyrant that comes out of you whoever said it's right or Gabe u permission to act like this should be taken to Court and formal charges be raised on them for corrupting your personality unless you were born like that then I apologize for your fave being like that... Omg sorry but there... I feel better!!😱🙄 I have a final incident to report there was a young girl in her early 20s who was work in cleaning the machine that's makes the McCafe beverages and she wasn't completely done and the young girl asked a question about the machine and the (Manager A.K.A. "CELIA") she talked to the young girl so ugly I was blown away with such vulgar display of pure hatred towards her staff that's there to help you and you them! They look up to you for guidance not overbearing mental abuse & total abuse of leadership role !
McDonald's this needs to change soon please ...they need a talking to maybe get it through their heads that the customer doesn't want to be disrespected, customer service isn't their strong point but at least try to smile and be cival, respectful, understanding, cordial whatever it takes to make us feel welcome ...your chasing me away from here!

Read moreThe cashier was very curt. They don't ask if you're dining or wanting it to go, so they don't give you a number.
The employee at the counter called out a number in Spanish, never English. A second employee finally called the number in English & the customer went to the counter.
The restaurant was frigid. Granted, the kitchen may be warm, but don't freeze customers out!! It was uncomfortably cold.9
There was no catchup at the counter near the dri k station. There was not even an empty.catchup container! This was 4:30 pm. Hate to see noon rush and all complaining of mo ketchup.
The cshier asked me what if I wanted BBQ sauce for my nuggets. He should ask me what kind of sauce I'd like.
I saw them place a bag on the counter yer. No employee called the number. The manager saw it and yelled out the number like it had been calle d several times. The order happened to be mine. It's boastful to use bags if one is dining in. Cist the company money as well.
Drinks are no longer $1. My drink was $2.98. McDonald's used yo advertise all drinks are just $1. This was a selling point.
Fries have gone up as well. They were not crip and hot. They were limp, cold, and stated greasy. I could tell they'd been sitting awhile.
They had two Dr. Pepper spouts on the drink fountain. It would be nice to have one as Diet Dr. Pepper.
This seems to be a fairly poorly run McDonalds. Some employees seem to just be lackadaisical. No sense of urgency. Others look very timid or unsure of exactly what to do, which reflects on whomever does the training.
This McDonalds needs corporate to jog them up. Come unannounced at a busy time and pose as a customer. For 4:30 pm on a Wednesday, the traffic was brisk. Imagine Thursdat thru Sunday.
I get a much better experience at the location off IH 35 near O'Connor Road near Lowes.
I struggled to rate this McDonalds a 2. The only real plus was it was that the dining room had plenty of seating and was fairly clean.
As for foid recommendation choices, I'd recommend Mcnuggets (nut not necessarily the 50 peice with 4...
