So this is to the little Hispanic drive thru order taker.
I just wanted to be clear being that all you know how to do is yell and cuss at customers when YOU can't take a simple order. Sweetie, I am from Detroit and I know ghetto when I hear it.
Talk how you want when you are at home, that's fine, but show some respect for yourself and your employer when you are in a professional setting. I know it's McDonalds, but still it is technically a professional work setting for you. So when you are there, don't talk to customers like you are down in the hood, again, talk how you want when you are there.
FYI, calling your customer a bi#@h, really just makes ya look stupid. Your bosses might not care, and I know I am not a female dog, so it really didn't bother me, you just looked stupid.
And girl, you saved a trip that you didn't want to take today. So FYI, if anything ever gets thrown whether from a car to window or from window to the car, food, money whatever that's battery. You made two attempts to throw it at me and as I pointed out that if you throw the food, you will regret it. I was praying ya did, as I would have just pulled off to the side and waited on the police to charge ya. But shockingly something kicked on in yer brain, and ya didn't, kudos to you.
Lastly you shouldn't be in customer service at all. You are a horrible young lady and I guarantee, life is going to be hard for you. I may not know you, but that small interaction made it quite clear the road you are traveling.

A very frustrated Manager that can't seem to get his crew to get their act together, it was All about socializing here for these Employees. We ordered & Paid for our meals, waited 15 minutes and started to wonder why others were leaving that had ordered after us? Walked to the counter, asked - where's our order? They looked at my husband and said - oh that order - "that already went out!" Like where?? We're still standing here waiting? Lol!! In the time we were waiting we noticed at least (4) orders had been messed up, given away, being eaten by others in the restaurant or just sitting on the counter?? Why?? Bonus to All y'all Drive thru people y'all just rode off with whatever!!! Lol!! So we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for our order next to some other unhappy people. Visit was Very disappointing.... We try to frequent and support restaurants in our area but after this visit, I think we're done with this McDonald's. I get that all these kids are under 20 yrs old but how long before the restaurant goes under? Some controls need to be in place. So If you're hungry and want a bonus free meal(s)... sadly you'll probably have a good chance to get one at this locations Drive thru. Employees don't care here!!! Read moreTerrible experience. I went to get coffee in the morning 10/24/2025 around 8 and had a terrible and rude employee talking to me. For one I understand miscommunication happens amongst the employees that’s completely understandable, but when the workers take it out or want to blame the customers that’s not our fault. The issue here was that I went to get coffee and a younger gentleman told me, “it’s going to be a wait”. Then when I pull up to the other window an older woman was being rude and giving me attitude,telling me, “oh you didn’t wait so you have to get back in line”. And mind you there was a very long line! As I kept explaining to her I ONLY GOT 1 COFFEE THATS IT! AND ALSO THE YOUNGER GENTLEMAN DIDNT TELL ME TO WAIT ANYWHERE, HE SAID THE COFFEE WAS GOING TO BE A WAIT NOTHING ELSE! The woman literally told me she can’t do anything because I didn’t wait and closed the door on me. Now I had to get to work so I couldn’t wait, so I had to leave. Now I know that this McDonald’s treats their customers horrible. I have never had as much of an issue just for a single cup of coffee.
