Went this morning as I was buying 7 drinks for my coworkers since it’s employee appreciation day and I was met with a rude barista. Mind you, I am not a Starbucks regular so no I don’t know the menu off the top of my head. There was a few minutes of me standing by the register waiting to be acknowledged and when she finally came to me, there was no greeting…just annoyance by her face and demeanor. I mentioned that I didn’t know what a specific order was as my coworker sent me a screenshot of a drink order. I asked if I could show her the order and she rudely said “No we’ll be here all day”. I didn’t say anything as I did not want to stoop to her level of negativity. While I went ahead and gave my orders, she was talking quietly on her headset complaining. Took a lot out of me not to confront her as I didn’t want to cause a scene but you do not treat people that way. The gentleman making the drinks was pleasant and that’s the only nice thing I can say about this experience as I will never set foot at this establishment again. My first order was mobile, I placed a mobile order for blueberry muffin (warmed) and grande vanilla cold brew; I arrived 11 minutes later with my drink ready but my pastry wasn’t there. I stood in line and requested it, it took an additional 7 minutes to get that item. Today, I walked into an empty store and placed an order at 625a. I received my iced coffee in record time, several others ordered at the register after me and several mobile orders walked in as well. I watched as the gentleman after me received his breakfast item before me and ALL customers was cleared out of the store. I was left standing there waiting with my drink and no one bothered to ask what I was waiting for. It took 8 minutes after I ordered to receive my pastry. Waited in the drive thu to get my order, I was behind a person that was having a very difficult time ordering. Not good. I backed out and went inside. Now I know why she had such a difficult time ordering. Part of her difficulty was YOU! I didn't realize you guys don't know how to order the products you serve. What I ordered. NOPE, didn't have it.
