Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever seen. I arrived at store around 10:45am, the main doors where locked. I seen a side door as I drove up and it was open, I went inside and did not see anyone, I said “hello” trying to get someone’s attention in the back, I received no response. I went and use the restroom to find they has no paper towels and the soap dispenser was laying on its on top of the paper towel holder. I went back to the counter, knocked on the counter top and said hello again, a lady looked around the corner and went back to whatever she was doing, and did not acknowledge I was there. A few minutes later she came to the front to take my order. I asked if they were open or not, she said yes. I made her aware of the door and the restroom situation, she did not seem to care. She had a very unwelcomeing attitude. When I went to fill my drink I was sprain with soda, they did not put the caps on the bottom of the fountains, I made her aware of yet another issue. Five more customers were sprayed with soda over the 45 min I was in the store before they fixed the issue, the restroom was never attended to, anther employee tried to enter main door before it was unlocked (approximately 15 min after I told her), customers were sent to the self ordering screen after standing in line for minutes while employee sat on her phone. Food Was ok but the workers seemed very lost or really high either or really went thru drive thru ordered their new chicken box deal it came with a chicken burrito chips and queso a crunchy taco aside from that I ordered extra a burrito supreme chips and queso and their twist went thru drive thru got asked to park in front cuz their ticket times were really high fine ok before I moved they couldn't figure my order out girl kept trying to give me someone else's drink and repeated about every order but mine red flags there right she hands me my drink no straw I pull to the front wait about 20 min for some tacos ok finally get my order but my chips and queso and my twist are missing I go inside to ask for them and the cashier starts arguing with me she put them in the box i swear homegirl was very lost because even with receipt and bag in hand she insisted on telling me i everything iugh no sweety missing myfood she gives me attitude i pull everything out ythe bagto show her what she missed she reaches behind her and grabs apack of chips and twist i Said sauce or in bag shewas like it's behind you cool shouldve been in bag burrito was wrong it was only bean and cheese I'm gonna say is just didn't go here don't waste your time they didn't care about the food or service they give for this company and treat customers badly not my first bad experience here just tied of keeping my...

I can't say I'm impressed with this place. I know I'm not going to find authentic food but I don't expect it to be cold and unedible with horrible customer service to boot.

I walked in and the restaurant was amazingly clean, more so than any other Taco Bell I have been to. That, however, is where the good experience ended.

It took 5 minutes for someone to come greet me at the register... I have NEVER waited that long to order at a fastfood joint (mind you it wasn't busy at all)! After the employee came to the register she had the most horrible attitude, as if my very presence was bothering her day. I just kept myself in check (I'm pretty good at giving an attitude back if needed) and decided she was just having a bad day and tried to go about the order. By the way, I am ordering for about 10 people. Close to the end she asked "are you finally done?" If I would have had more time before my kids had to be to practice I would have left and went somewhere else. Then to top it all off, the food was cold and stale.
