If I could give zero out of five stars and people could still read this review, I would... Today was my first and last time ever going to this Subway ever again. Let me provide some context. After a long, hard day of work and then trying to get my nails done, only to spend an hour and a half more than anticipated in the salon due to a number of factors, I was starving and in dire need of a sandwich. Subway, my favorite sandwich chain, has been and always will be my favorite sandwich shop, and the closest one was this one. I rushed over as fast as anyone can while abiding by traffic laws legally and arrived right before closing time, around 7: 57. Online, it says the shop closes as 8, and a sign in front of the store said it closed\s at 8, so one would assume the shop \ closes at 8. But, as my hungry self attempted to open the store door, I found it to be locked. I looked inside desperately, as I see teenage workers inside, and none of them allow me to enter to pay for their services and a sandwich. A girl with reddish hair even goes as far as signalling me rudely that the store was closed and to leave. Heartbroken, I leave the store empty-handed. If a shop claims it is open at 8, it must stay open until 8. No excuses. 0/10 for customer service I will never come to this specific Subway establishment again, as it is a mockery of the incredible chain of Subway. Read moreOrdered on line order on October 31, to be picked up , showed up at 10.30 am no one was at the store at 11:00 am one guy showed up , he wouldn’t unlock the door or let me in to get my order I was charged for then a female team member showed up the male employee let the female in I asked her if she could check on my order she said she would and then she never came back then at 11:00 another male employee showed up for work and yes doors are still locked I have a video of this , I called on the phone the first team member said he would bring my order out to me , guess what no food , they would not answer the phone anymore and charged me for the order that I did not receive !! November 1st called the store asked to speak to the manager the female that answered the phone said we don’t have managers , I said can I speak to the owner lol she then she asked was this about the online order I said yes she gave me some excuses but not a refund on my order she said she would have the owner call me , you guessed it the owner never called me back !! Horrible customer service, horrible team members !! I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges !! Read moreThis was one of the grossest subways I have been to. I don't know if it's because I managed a subway so long it's embedded in my head how things should taste there but let me tell you... Walking in the radio is on rap super loud to where they can't hear you order without shouting. The bread looked hard so I opted for flatbread. You can tell it's old and stale like super chewy with an expired taste. The meats taste like they were left out for a while lost temp and then put on the line. The veggies were mixed in with each other and floppy. The workers... One of them kept putting her dirty shirt all over sandwiches to lean over to get stuff from the back. She was using gloves to ring up and then add veggies. She was annoyed when I asked her to change them. I took my chances because my kid really wanted a sandwich from subway but we got home and my dog won't even eat this. The weird part is they left the flatbread in the toaster beeping and beeping and it was still gross lol It took everything in me to not say Toaster! 😂 I was going to buy a drink but from the looks of the fountain area the nozzles are probably not clean so we passed.
