Pizza Patrón SW Military Drive — Restaurant in San Antonio

Order for pick-up over the phone and was told it would be about a 15 minute wait. When I went to pick up my 2 pizzas, the cashier looked at me like I was stupid when I told her I ordered over the phone. I even showed her my call history and she just looked at me silent. Pretty sure they screwed something up or gave my order to someone else. Then as I waited in my car even longer waiting for fresh pizzas I could see the cashier and manager gossiping and walked away as I walked into back into the store. Pizza good and fast but customer service was lacking. It’s either manners or lack of training. I came in as the employee continued to clean and clean and clean without a warm ‘welcome’ or ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’. Finally another customer came in when she finally came to help. Other than that the pizza is good, hot, and delicious and the prices are good. We enjoyed it in the parking lot because it’s for take out only. No place to sit and eat in the store. Well, we drove all the way out here to try the pizza because it has such good reviews. The hostess sat us at our table then came back and asked did we have dogs in the carrier. We said yes, she then said “you can’t have those in here, we are not pet friendly”. I asked can we sot outside? She said we don’t have any servers for outside. It is 4:30pm on a Wednesday, July 3rd.
