SCAMMERS!!! Before even looking at the menu we were greeted and asked what we like to drink, which is great. Our drinks were automatically brought to us in to go styrofoam cups. We were asked if we wanted chips and salsa which we agreed to and said yes. When we were getting ready to leave they asked if we wanted a to go box and we said yes. When it was time to pay we found that they have charged us $1 for each of the to go cups that we didn't asked for and we also got charged for the to go box. We were also charged for the chips and salsa that were offered to us not knowing that they were not complimentary. We disputed these extra charges since we never asked our drinks to be in to go cups. We were told that it was right there on the menu. When we asked them to show us on the menu, they showed us and it says .50 cents for to go cups not $1. So we showed them their error and they took off .50 for each cup. This was besides the point BECAUSE WE NEVER asked for to go cups. They did remove the charge for the chips and salsa but refused to remove the charges for the to go cups that we never asked for. When you charge someone for something that they didn't asked for that is called a scam and it's illegal. Do not eat here unless you like to be scammed out of your hard earned money. It's not about the amount of money, it's about principal. This is like going for an oil change and at checkout you find that they charged you for replacing your air filter without telling you and...

Generally this restaurant be amazing. Unfortunately today that cannot be said . Drive thru unacceptable & rude customer service. I first asked for meals package separately going to 3 different parts of base . Rude for asking price if dozen tortillas drive clerk replied we are busy theres a line. I ordered 2 Posole & one Menudo Meals thru drive thru were terrible in taste and watered down they had to thrown away Kindly Asked for replacement if not today or later date which same clerk refused . Embarrassed & belittled the cook over phone while speaking to me and asked did do something to meal after replied sorry i cant replace or refund you i just tasted it its fine. Its not rock science if he or she tampered with it you think anyone gonna admit to it. $ 36.00 down the drain Customer service no star but you it to leave a comment you need a atar. A. Customer service oh they have none a 5yr old has more enthusiam B. Food gross and disgusting C. Asking a question i like drawing blood You get further from the blood bank D. I highly do not recommend this place.The manager Maria Guadalupe or Guadalajara is very rude and unprofessional.I ordered a menudo a week ago and it had no posoles.Their excuse was that the cook forgot.So I said OK whatever it was my first time there.So I gave it a second chance.Again the same bs no posoles.How can someone forget something twice.Like come on time for a new cook or more training.So I called the mgr second time to complain and the mgr at the time Alma was very apologetic and said she would replace it with no problems.So I called today and I get the very rude mgr/ owner Maria and tells me she can't replace my menudo that she would give me .99 for the mistake.And I really thought she was joking but she wasn't.How the hell can you replace not one but two menudos with .99.As a person working in customer service that is ridiculous.With the attitude like that this restaurant will not stay in business to long.Good luck to all the customers that will go to this place or continue to go.This is the kind of tacos they put together sloppy,messy,greasy and in a hurry.And then to top it off no napkins.I thought napkins came automatically with a drive thru...
