Brevity Coffee Co. — Restaurant in San Antonio

Talk about above and beyond service!!! Went to Brevity Coffee to get a mudslide and kolaches, but prior to that I was on the highway and there was a metal muffler on the highway I could not swerve on either side because there was cars on both sides so obviously I hit it. I stopped to get a coffee because I was already stressed and the baby was crying because I yelled and got scared so he got scared. I didn’t realize I was rattling, When I stopped at the window to order this gentleman took my order and I told him I just hit something on the highway and thought I heard a rattling when I rolled down the window to order. With out hesitation He gets out of the building and checks underneath my car!!! Who does this he goes on to tell me that the screws on the bed pan came loose and I just needed some screws to be screwed back in. He would have done it himself if he could. He even said don’t let them over charge you it’s just a few screws. What type of service ? I can’t thank you enough. I had my 1 year old with me and just saw a happy place Brevity Coffee so I figured I’d get my fix especially since they opened this new spot on military drive. Please support this small business there is good people in the world 🥹♥️ thank you so much to the barista and this gentleman. They are having their grand opening this Friday on military drive. Please come and support. You will love the coffee but how about the customer service 💯 p.s. went down the st to get the screws placed in thank you so much to this gentleman I would not have known the pan was holding on by a thread. I already loved brevity since the huebner location but now I will always be a loyal customer 💙...

So I would come to this brevity often. But it had been a little while. First off.. I ask the barista for a double shot in a medium cup full of ice with whip cream with a dome lid. Then with a dash of cinnamon. Normally my shots come to around $2.16. she told me 3.25. I ask for a receipt and they had no paper 🙄 I asked why it was more expensive then usually. She didn't answer me. She said she could text the receipt to me. So I get it and she charged me for an Americano. I was trying to ask how many shots come in American but just ignored me. She just doesn't listen to anything I asked for an puts my shots in a hot cup. I again asked her as she's hands me the drink. You didn't listen to what I asked for. I ask for a double shot on ice with whip on top with a dome lid. And a dash of cinnamon. No cinnamon was even in the cup. Again I asked her how many shots come in the Americano. Again just ignored me. Then goes to the side or rather disappears from site and takes a good min. I use to be a barista this is a 2 min drink to make. Then asked me if I wanted to be stirred or shaken I said no... And just took off. I don't trust anyone here but mercy. Shame she wasn't here I don't even want to drink this. Barista are like bartenders. They are there to make custom drinks. Maybe this girl ( who I didn't get her name) ( but had long black hair. Eyelashes for days and wearing a James Avery bracelet) she take better pride in her job. If you don't like to have good interactions or take certain orders in drinks. Find...

Big fan of Brevity and have tried all but 1 location in SA. This location is actually the closest to me, but probably won’t revisit it.

First, you have to be in a Fiat-size vehicle to make the literal u-turn from Military into the designated entry lanes, which take you around the building and to the drive-thru. Why was this building put so close to the sidewalk?!

Staff is friendly, but need to work on communication. -Asked for cold brew, black, no ice; got a lot of ice. Was then told the medium is 16oz with 10oz of liquid. Okay, so minus the 6oz of ice and the remaining ounces is what I requested. The staff fixed the drink. :-) Iced latte was perfect. -Got a pop tart and cinnamon roll. Both were warmed up to lava temp. All other locations ask preference and we pass on the warm/toasting. Because we had to get going, I decided to let that be and wait for them to cool (took home and put in fridge). -Pop tart was placed under the cinnamon roll that comes in a plastic container. Needless to say, the pop tart was crushed; had it not been so soft from the heat, probably wouldn’t have been an issue.

Will I still go to Brevity? Of course. However, this location...
