Pizza Patrón Woodlawn — Restaurant in San Antonio

I went this past weekend 10/17/20 and Meghan was by far the most unprofessional part of pizza Parton. When order was placed at drive thru, and paid for I was told to park in the front and my food would be out in 10 min. Not approximately but exactly 10 min. I had placed a order with wing stop at before pulling up to window (which is right next door), come to find out Wingstop and Pizza Patron are actually partnering companies. I was told by Meghan that I cannot leave, and used the example that when I go to whataburger I wouldn’t leave after paying and waiting for my order?? I don’t know how that was relevant to the situation. After getting my order from Right next door I walk over into the store and explained that i had been waiting more then 10 minutes and Meghan had attitude saying that that a approximate time. Which she didn’t. She went on to still try and argue with me and I demanded my money back. She then proceeded to do so but not while mumbling under her breath the whole time. I ended up going to another pizza patron down the way off Zarzamora which was given 5star service. I contacted corporate office here in San Antonio and spoke to gentleman Eddie who assured the situation would be addressed and...

Food was fine, but just slightly disappointed with my experience. I initially ordered two specialty pizzas with maiz crust. An employee called back and told me they don't have any so I said no issue and swapped it out for thin crust. When I walked in for pickup, I did inquire when they would have it. Cashier was polite and apologetic, and said it is because they didn't make it yet today as it would take 30-35 minutes. For reference, they were open for at least 2 hours at this point and I also would have happily waited that extra time but he didn't mention that on the phone.

I'll never step foot at this company ever again. I don't recommend anyone else come here either. Especially if you have your kids with you. These people don't know what customer service is as a whole company. They have people that cannot comprehend common sense.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

IF you DO want REALLY GOOD pizza go down to Inspiriamo Pizza Lounge they have really good subs there as well and GREAT customer service! Im not promoting but recommending based on my horrific experience at this Woodlawn location which I am very disgusted by.Good ridince Woodlawn...
