absolute crappy service after 1045pm 3 different trips in a row......first time I will make excuses for you...second time I'm curious but still respectful that crap may happen at the most inopportune moments but third time...buddy u have GOTTTTT to be kidding me!?! all 3 times there was nooo answer at the drive thru machine so I waited there like an idiot for over 5 min saying hellooo? hellooooooo? so I resigned to pull up to park....all but 2 were on so I had no options....then I pushed the button and waited another 12-18 minutes juuuuuussst to get a person on the line to take my order...and when I finally ordered....slid my card and paid....only to wait anotherrrrrr 26 min for my food to arrive!!!! helloo!! there is no one else here besides me and a few other cars!!! I almost left without my food I was soooo furious and disappointed until the food finally arrived...salvation....then I tried my food...they seriously put nonmelted cut up pieces of cheese slices on my tater tots to pass them as cheesy tots tho!! no way! and forget the supersonic cheeseburger with bacon...it ws by then cold and not appetizing..i cant WAIITTTTT for the taco bell to open up nextdoor...I will neverrrrr stop ther again...what a shame bc growing up sonic was the ultimate teenager experience in my small town...but in a big city full of other possibilities and places that actually care...this one is nothing but a soon to be...
Read moreI've had past problems with this sonic, like me placing an order on the app and the employees later not taking it to me and even closing early at the same time while I'm still there outside waiting.. I honestly thought the same thing was gonna happen to me when I went this time but an employee there, I think her name was Sarah, handheld things pretty well for the night shift. Even some dude got off his truck from the drive thru line to complain and I immediately thought "yea that ain't gonna fix stuff buddy lmao". I still got my order and it was complete. Management could use some improvement..
Edit: ok well, this place got better in terms of management from a year after making this review, however I feel like they can work on maintenance as well. Went to pick up my order after placing it on the app and the girl comes out telling us in a shaky voice that their ice cream machine was broken and has gotten yelled at for it several times and honestly it's not her fault, it's upper management for not handling it asap especially when she has a full line of cars to explain that to. The employee's name is Star according to the screen outside and she hustled bacc and forth and offered us replacement drinks for our shakes and some sides. Read moreEmployee with face piercings and black stripped hoodie took our credit card along with the customer behind us. Charged us the other customers order and GAVE THEM OUR CARD! When our order comes up, we ask for our card and the same employee plays dumb and claims another employee was handling OUR card, which was completely false. The other employee even comes out and is confused being told by her coworker that she was at fault for our card being given away, when that wasn’t the case. So not only is that FACE PIERCED BLACK HOODIE wearing employee irresponsible, she’s also a liar and a coward who throws others under the bus. Never once had the courage to come out to apologize. The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is no better as she comes out trying to confirm her employee’s story and then says it was completely fine for her employee to take multiple cards at once otherwise they’d get in trouble. Which is a lie, according to their Supervisor who I talked to on the phone. So if you decide you want Sonic, think this about this location.
