I went in and ordered a meatball sub and veggie sub the manager barely greeted me, made my food alright, but was muttering instead of speaking clearly the entire time even though I was obviously having a hard time hearing him. When I made a mistake during my order he complained about fixing it. Then at the counter, I asked for 1 combo which comes with chips or cookie. He was very defensive when I asked for my cookie, and argued with me that I didn't ask for one rather than just giving it to me. I was very upset and ran out of the store to avoid a conflict without my food or my phone. When I went back they said "I don't want to deal with you." Again everything they said was defensive and confrontational. I was very upset by the whole thing. They gaslighted me the entire time trying to make me feel bad which just made me feel more upset. I don't think these people want their jobs. They are just captives on prison planet and take zero responsibility for their jobs, their attitudes, much less their responsibility to make their customer's visit a pleasant and welcoming experience. They clearly like their store empty. They get two stars because they gave me my phone and my food. After I went back in for my phone and food, I wouldn't leave the store until they gave me my cookie and drink. It took a while and I had to deal with gaslighting while they acted like their service had been perfect and I was just having a tantrum and falsely accusing them. Read more4 some reason as soon as I stepped into the restaurant I sensed a very bad attitude from the worker working the late night shift. When I gave him my order of oven roasted chicken with honey oat bread he had the nerve 2 say they were discontinued 2 weeks ago.,so even realizing his rudeness and attitude I settled 4 another type of sandwich and even at that he didn't seem 2 disappoint. When making my sandwich he had the nerve 2 put the least amount of veggies and anything else I asked 4 on my sandwich as if subway had a shortage of food. So realizing I wasn't getting the costumer service that I expect along with just settling 4 another type of sandwich ..,I asked him could he add more of what I was asking 4 and he just ignored me so I walked out losing my patience and he had the nerve 2 throw the sandwich away along with flipping me the finger and cursing. They didn't have any other cheese besides pepper Jack or American, I wanted provolone on my meatball sub. When I asked if the pepper jack cheese was spicy, one of the sandwich artist removes his glove and tries a slice right in front of me where he prepares all the food!!! Luckily there was another artist there who finished my sandwich. They also didn't have parmesan cheese, this was the worst experience and worst sandwich.
