Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

I initially was a carry out customer but became a dine in client as I wanted to take my cashier, Sandra J’s suggestion and complete a survey. I did that, and am now doing a second one. I again have more to say about Sandra J.

She gave me an extra Cinnamon Delight for good luck. I also told I am doing the survey to win the $500.00 Sweepstakes.

I am not a believer in luck or fate but am a faithful follower of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I am interested in being the winner of that sweepstakes as I have some specific needs for an airplane ticket to Alabama at the end of April and beginning of May. I am hopeful that God will supply here according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). This is to be able to attend an important event of one of my family members who will not have other family members visit due to other challenges.

Also I am a frequent visitor or customer at Taco Bell. I grew up going to a Taco Bell 🛎 in Manhattan Beach, in Southern California. I ate their famous Bean and Cheese Taco w/their Red Taco Sauce.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant!!!

One last thing about Taco Bell, now I am challenged on a lower, fixed income. I sometimes don’t carry around a boxed or prepared lunch or snacks from home as there’s no where to keep it cool and refrigerated. And I get hungry going on my different jobs, appointments or to different places. So, I eat at Taco Bell, but off of their “Value” or $1.00 Menu.

My favorite or regular staple items I buy are: The Cheesy, Rice and Bean Burrito, The Cheesy RollUp, The Spicy Tostada and a Medium Diet Dr. Pepper.

Today, I got to one of my regular Taco Bell Restaurants, Store 034339, on Bandera near a little west of Woodlawn before 11:00. I again have more to say about Sandra J. She’s my cashier not Stanley G as my receipt says.

I was excited to try a few of their breakfast items: a Hash Brown Patty, 3 Flatbread Sausage Quesadilla. I was served by Sandy J., the cashier/line manager who helped me earlier. She was so nice, she told me, “I put a little treat in there for you.”

She gave me an order of Cinnamon Twists. All of the food I ordered and ate today was warm, tasty and I enjoyed it as I usually do. I will be returning for their breakfast items again. I also bought extra items to take home 🏡 to share...

So today on this day I went towards taco bell and I just wanted something to eat. I just made about $30 soo anyways! I came into taco bell and I was asking for if I can get the $9 Discovery like box and I happen to meet a manager named Steve there! He told me the machine is down so they were only taking credit card and the only way was the drive through I told myself in my head theres no way they can't take cash...I asked him if there's a way you can just use the computer by the window and I can give you cash to order it? Steve said theres no way man I'm sorry about that. Well instead of being sad ..I happen to come with a bright idea!!! I went to the drive through and was just about to ask a lady in the blue car. but all a sudden she happen to scoot a little towards her ordering through the machine. well I saw a orange car a lady was driving in it. I asked her if she can help me with ordering some food because I was hungry and I had the money for it as well. she kinda was hesitant to tell me no or she can't...so her idea just told her SHE CAN!!! So she asked me what I'd like?..I pointed out the Discovery Luke box! And she asked me "so I guess I'll see you in the front". I went and stranded there so hungry I remembered I was eating my chipwich sandwich cookie. well she got her order then mines and she marvellously surprised me handing back what I ordered and my $10 back I gave to her to use for my meal. I told her thank you so much!!! She even told me that nobody does for her as well and how everyone treats her the same way. I tried giving her a $5 just cause I had that intention in my heart when I had saw she tried giving it back. she said no keep it. I went my way and sat back in this taco bell at bandera to pray and eat my meal. and asked for the managers named who was "STEVE". PLEASE IF YOU SEE STEVE TELL HIM THANK YOU FOR HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND GOD BLESS...

I bought a full meal here and they denied me water, in Texas. Was told it’s their policy. Location is not eco-friendly. I have my own small container for water and was told I cannot put water in it after ordering an entire meal here. They said they don’t even give water cups to customers to fill because they could fill it with something else. If someone fills it with something else then tell them to pay or trespass them from the location for stealing. A fountain drink is about 15 cents worth of product. They could even fill my personal cup with water if they wanted but they don’t. When speaking with the manger I was told it’s their policy they will not allow me, can only have them give me a plastic cup and then I can use that to fill my own cup. I mentioned that being a waste of plastic and I didn’t want to waste plastic daily for just a glass of water. They didn’t care.

They lost a daily customer buying full meals. I’ll go somewhere else more eco-friendly. I mentioned to manager they are creating a situation where for me not to use plastic daily Id have to go elsewhere. Didn’t care and told me to go elsewhere. Seems silly to lose a customer and pollute more over worrying about someone possibly using 15 cents of drink syrup. I just wanted water but can’t get this here. Advise to go elsewhere as I will. Stupid policy....
