PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

Ordered a velvet iced drink, iced latte and 2 orders of beignets. It was only after I paid that they realized they didn't have the concentrate for the velvet ice. They offered a substitution for the latte version which was cheaper but they didn't even refund me the difference! They only made 1 order of beignets and went back to make the second. They brought out my husband's drink but I had to walk up to pick up my drink and then again for the beignets. 3 girls behind the counter chatting and 1 other couple and 1 annoying fly over our table that made our experience regrettable. Consider this when you are prompted for a tip before you even get your order/service....

My coffee order came out fine and I actually like the atmosphere of the shop itself but, I found it very hard to full enjoy my experience there even for a second when there was loud Disney music playing out loud as the ambience music. A couple of the workers were singing as well and though I don't typically mind things like this it just felt like an odd experience when trying to enjoy my coffee. The coffee is good. The food is good. The service is always friendly, but can y’all PLEASE stop having customers in the drive through hold your clipboard for several minutes while you finish the order. It takes two seconds to sign the receipt. The clip board and pen are gross and dirty every time.
