Never going back! We went through the drive thru waited 30 minutes to order 3 plates when we got our order and got home they didn't give me my teriyaki shrimp and my chicken wasnt cooked so we went all the way back..we got 2 lemon chicken plates and as u can see on pic my sons chicken is cooked (one piece)and mine was pale. So here we go back and my hubby got off we waited another 20 mins in line inside then just so they can bring me back the same plate chicken still not cooked and they just added shrimp and put spring rolls on there. I could not eat it knowing the chicken wasnt cooked and by the time we got home it was 9pm so ofcourse they closedđI was so disappointed I had high hopes of eating a great dinner..instead I didn't get to eat due to chicken wasn't cooked all the way. what else would have been done to my plate? I am never going back there again. I am not a type of person to ask for my food to be changed anywhere or to complain but I do expect for my food to be cooked all the way. My experience was awful and the fact that they didn't bother to do right by a customer after going back to show why and talked to lady in charge and and still brought back the same plate and spent over $50 NO THANK U!! My only regret was not looking at the plate when it was given back to us trusting it would be better. So...
   Read moreSo I went by the other night & got one plate a drink and some extra Rangoon's... The girl at the drive thru window said "your total is $18.56, I gave her $19 & 6 cents. She gives me back a dollar I sat there kinda confused cuz I knew it should be .50¢, we had a weird moment and she said your total is $18.59 then I was like oh ok cool I heard wrong grabbed another 4 cents and gave her back the dollar. She tells me again but with an attitude after looking at what I gave her "YOUR TOTAL IS 18.59" I said "Right, & I gave you $19 with .09¢" she tried saying I owed her money, I'm NGL I was tired so I was like hold up and I dumb cuz she was giving so much attitude like I was wrong. But then after I explained the way coins and dollars work and we counted the money together (mind you she counted that money back to me like I was stupid) and I helped her with BASIC MATH she got mad turned to her coworker they talked for like 2 min then she opened the register so she could give me me .50¢. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE TO DO THE CASHIER JOB WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW MONEY WORKS OR AT THE LEAST WONT GIVE AN ATTITUDE TO SOMEONE WHO IS TRYING TO HELP THEM...

I even asked about a certain dish and she herself said I don't like the food here. Also, if it is obvious ordering a two entree plate it should be wise to tell your guest that this does not include a drink. It was an inconvenience running my credit card again for a drink. And yes, I gave her a $100 bill on purpose and her response was we have no change available. So you can inconvenience me but I cannot inconvenience you. And to think I am the guest paying your wages. Needless to say the visit was not as the article on the internet was said to be for me. But I had to at least try it, it will not happen again. Also, the products you had from guest view looked so dry. I recommend that you replace your advertisement girl and make her a guest, but even she said she did not like food. So why would you want her to be up front dissing what you serve. Food...
