Pickles are extra? Huh? That also means when you say you want everything you DON"T get everything.No napkins for to go order. Should put in with bag vs. having to get them on your own. Don't need several steps. I went in and ordered and the guy said, "do you want everything" and I said yes. Another guy at amother station asked me what I wanted. I told him I was already asked and told first guy and he says well we put the other stuff on here?? Well, why did the first guy ask? SImple logic evades this place? So I just decided to give Kito one more try so this is a second visit contained in the same review. Still in a quandary so I go to order and this time the guy passes me over to the other girl again, even though he has all the veggies in front of them. I guess they decide whether there's some behind or not but either way nothing consistent there. I tell the 2nd peron several times that I want everything but the jalapeños. She puts nothing on the sandwich but lettuce and starts wrapping it up, so I said please unwrap it and put the other stuff. She said that only comes with lettuce and tomato I think and then repeated what I said several times you wanted everything but jalapeños yes exactly so put everything but the jalapeños, but you need an explanation about what everything is I suppose and even though I already clarified it, I had to say it again. Then, they don't ask you what you want on it as far as dressing. Oh, it comes this particular sounds with that dressing. Well can I have some mayo or maybe you should ask if I have some mayo or other stuff that I might want to put on other than as you put it. So guess what they put the mail on now no wonder why these people are nowhere near as popular Subway even though they seem to have a better sandwich I won't put up with this anymore. Second visit another disaster over something that is so simple! I'm not trying for a third time as a charm I'm done. Wow it is ridiculous to be this nonsensical about a basic...

I order from here a lot. A good chunk of the time my sandwich is fine but they limited what you can add or customize online.

Today I placed an order for delivery. Since I don't have the option to customize anymore I usually call the store and it isn't a big deal.

The woman who answered initially hung up on me twice before we could get past hellos. The second time she asked me to hang on for about 5 minutes. I agreed and ask that my sandwich not be made in that case since I wanted an ingredient left off that is no longer customizable online via DoorDash. She hung up.

I waited, thinking it was a mistake, and called back to ensure it was made correctly then was told that my sandwich was already made, that it can't be remade even though it's wrong, and that I'll have to cancel the order. Extremely disappointed.

Edit: Called the store when I was able to reorder. The woman on the other end took my order and corrected it. I have now received...

The parking lot is very small and awkward. There was only one space available when I was there but it was an off time to eat. I would imagine during the busy lunch time, it is very difficult to find parking. The inside of the store is much better than the exterior and looked inviting. I ordered the tuna salad. I was very disappointed in the sandwich. The tuna salad was under seasoned and definitely needed more salt. The bread itself was dry and needed mayo. One tiny thin piece of cheese did not cover the entire sandwich and couldn't even be tasted. Just a couple of thin pickles and tomatoes not covering the whole sandwich. What am I paying for? The sandwich should taste good before any personal changes are made. I would be willing to try a different sandwich...
