08/15/2025 @ 7:56 p.m. I was with a party of two so three in total and initially coming in the music was blaring, got asked if we were together or separate. I told the lady clearly that we were together. Then she told me to go to the other cashier, then proceeded to try to take the other two guests in my party’s order. She probably didn’t hear me because of the music was playing so loud. we ordered three box combos and that was just another disappointment. We had asked for extra crispy chicken and fries and butter on both sides of the toast; and the toast was cold. I also had informed them that one of my friends was missing a chicken tender so they gave it to us. I told them that the music was too loud. There’s a problem in the front with them just talking with each other and now that the music has stopped I can hear that they’re laughing really loud and talking obnoxiously loud; louder than the music. Read moreOrder ending 394049 should've been brought out to my car at 2:32pm according to their curbside delivery process but it wasn't. I entered the designated curbside parking spot at 2:31pm and waited until 2:38pm then was forced to enter the establishment to engage employees on the whereabouts of my order. Front line employee said, "we were busy"; however, a quick observation indicated that was not the case as there were several employees just standing around. Additionally, my food was left on a rack (getting cold) near the door exposed (vs behind the counter). This begs the question, why would a Curbside order be left on a rack for the customer to pick up if the documented process is for an employee to bring the order out to car?
