I walked from my yruck at the pilot excited for some sonic. I purchased the spicey steak and bacon grilled cheese and walked back to my truck. I bit into the sandwich expecting to taste steak bacon and some spicey jalapeños. Instead I mainly tasted what im guessing to be BBQ sause. I opened the sandwich up and to my surprise, no bacon and no jalapeños. In fact there was little bacon. Normally I would drive back to the store and ask for another but being that im in a simi its not that simple. So, I did eat my $13 meal and sadly went to bed very disappointed. Morral of the story check your food before you leave.

Maybe I just wasn’t feeling Sonic today but the food was so bland. The mozzarella sticks tasted more like fryer grease than cheese sticks. The tots had a stingy drizzle of cheese, and my bacon steak grilled cheese was dripping some brown burned tasting juices which in turn made the toast a soggy mess. The carhop was nice but it was below average in taste and quality.

11-27-23 stopped by for a quick lunch On my way back to Dallas. Punched the button at 11:24 AM and five minutes later, still no response. There are only two other cars here. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m very disappointed. I liked this location until now. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst Sonic drive-thru I have ever been to in my whole entire life. the crew members are are so so rude and disrespectful to customers tonight's experience was by far the worst! I pulled in at 7:05 p.m. I did not leave the drive-thru until 8:12 p.m. from the moment I started my order she messed up never repeating my order back so when I pulled up to the window I asked her to repeat it back to me which was incorrect she had to charge me 2 times to get the whole order correctly then she gave me my ice cream first and that was at 7:28 at 8:05 I asked her to remake the ice creams that melted and every time she came back to my window to repeat my order to me she rolled her eyes when I told her no that's not correct never given me all my items each and every time she came back and then when I told the shift leader or whatever that lady was she was no help as well I have called the GM Jose Guzman who is yet to call me back answer his phone or anything I believe that these stores are not just a corporate I think that they are franchised I am going to be looking in to see who owns this store because these owners or corporate needs to know that these people are not trained do not have customer service experience do not know how to talk to a customer who's paying and with a family of four that goes in there and spend $40 a pop I would think you would at least get my plain hamburger with chili correct and not give it to me rolling your eyes - because you made a mistake not me and after the store's been there a year you still going to tell me that you have a short staff crew that you're in the process of retraining them same story same result I will no longer ever go to the...

We went to Sonic because my wife had fallen and went to the ER to be sure no bones were broken. She just has bruises and no broken bones. Amen. She didn't feel like cooking.

FOOD: My wife ho the foublebmear Smash Buhe tree with cheese. She ordered it dry, with lettuce and picked only; she's not a fan of condiments on her burger. The burger was made to order, but one needed a magnifying glass to find the chees She got fies as ordered. She ordered a large watermelon slush but got a medium. We were ready to complain until we saw we were charged for a medium, so we let it go.

I ordered a Sonic cheeseburger all the way, with tots and a medium Dr. Pepper. All was correct.

The taste of my food wasn't bad, but their are plenty of other burgers in town that are more savory. The yots were good.

SERVICE: The order taker needs to slow down. As soon as I mentioned Smash Burger, the insert take jumped tp fore or tots? I had to halt her twice to explain how my wife wanted her burger.

The young lady who brought the order to our car was very cordial and thanked us. Based on the order taker, I rated the service 2 stars. The young female car hop gets 5 stars.

ATMOSPHERE: Very few ordering sralls were up and r unning. Most of the stalls had mo menues and light. There were no signs to give any clues as to what was / is going on. Would have been nice to know what's up with the...

First of all, you and Pilot need to keep the street up on the side street between you and Pilot. As you enter the side street from 1604, there is a dip and the railroad Olaf is whitish like caleche. One doesn't see a pothole, especially at night. As you dive over it you experience the hole that the caleche dust has filled. If one bottoms out and damages car, you could wind up in court; heads up.

The damage is from those 18 wheelers. The county , you. and Pilot need to work out a solution to keeping the road safe. Easy solution is to impose a fuel surcharge for road upkeep. A 1/3:cent per gallon might be enough. For every 50 gallons the trucker would pay an additional 16.5 cents. This would add up.

You also need to address your own pothole. When one exits the drive through they must take a right and the a sharp left leading to 1604. As you take that sharp left, there is a big pothole that has been there over a year. It's getting bigger.

The pothole k e issue brought my score for you down. The food would have probably been a 4 but, it got 3 stars because it was lukewarm rather than hot.

I might also say Pilot would be the one charging the fuel surcharge. After all, 90%+ of the truckers are going to Pilot and you might get a few of those guys but many due to limited seating and car...
