SugarRushinSA — Restaurant in San Antonio

The order I placed was a dozen of teddy bear cookies. Teddy bears are the color of a brown/light brown. My teddy bear cookies were PINK. I was told I was probably not in the right lighting to see that the cookies were not pink that they were brown. Then I was told that on they tried to do what was specified in my order. I did not specify anything on my order. It is common sense that teddy bears in general are brown and even in my picture it clearly shows brown teddy bears. I paid $180 for 3 dozen of cookies. I wasn’t offered a refund of at least half of my money or a redo. All I got were excuses, and was offered credit for the future. No thank you! If I wish I was able to upload my request with what I got at the end result. Never will I order from this...

Love the cookies not only are they delicious but the talent of the art in each design are amazing... the cakes are awesome... I love sugar rush ... I wish all my family and friends would buy every cake from here...lol .. but seriously :) we have been getting our cookies and cakes for 8 years now and I can't imagine getting from anyone else maining because we had to on 2 different occasions because of full booking and it was such a disappointment that now if sugar Rush is booked I will wait to have an event when they have an opening..lol.. but no lie sugar Rush is worth the wait...

Not happy with the customer service. Will never order a cookie there for my child again. I paid for a cookie, somehow the school didn’t give it to him which I understand mistakes happen. But when I contacted Sugar Rush they didn’t even offer to replace the cookie on another day. Instead, made me feel silly and direct me to their site to reorder and repay. All for one cookie you lost this loyal customer’s business- not good business practice...
