So I have had great experience at this Wendy's this past couple of weeks with an older gentleman I assume is a manager, Works to drive through very attentive very polite just overall great customer service and great food products, well this morning I'm having to write this review in regards to whatever monstrosity is the morning shift manager she stated her name was Linda. I go this morning to order some of your dollar biscuits which is a really great deal for myself and my two daughters something quick and easy, the lady I spoke to at the speaker had great customer service repeated back to my order gave me an honest opinion on the item I was questioning, just a great experience, pull up to the window the young boy that helped me with my payment amazing customer service ask me how my day was doing just overall great, I pay my order he asked me to pull up to the front I'm assuming my order was being prepared I said okay no problem pull up to the front I end up waiting 10 minutes and I start to question well this is a bit much time so I reversed back to the window and honk a couple of times, the window was cracked so I said hey hello excuse me no response I pulled back up to the door and I get off and go inside. The young boy that took my payment was walking around from the counter I said hey where is my order you, mind you there's nobody in restaurant or in drive-thru so I'm trying to figure out why my order is taking so long to get made, he goes to the back to see what's going on I walk up to the counter there's another worker in there dressed like Wednesday she looks super cute and then there was the manager that I spoke to at the speaker, she acknowledges says good morning how can I help you and I said I was parked for my order and I've been waiting for a minute she goes back to the back to check, and then the young boy comes up with my order and I said I hope this is fresh for the amount of time I've had to wait he said oh yeah so I check my season potatoes, luke warm and stale like, were not fresh, the biscuits were okay they looked a bit smashed but they weren't fresh either or they've been sitting there for a minute that's what they look like, the boy goes back to the back with the season potatoes and I hear the manager saying oh they're fresh they're fresh I said no ma'am, they're not so then they decide to make me a fresh batch of seasoned potatoes why am I waiting I'm checking the sandwiches and addressing the manager, she does a chuckle and I look up at her and she doesn't answer my question and another gentleman walked in and as I looked at her so hear what she has to say, she ignores me and speaks to the guy, I allow to her to finish with him and then I said excuse me ma'am, are you going to address me she turns around very snarkly and rudely and says well I'm going to go find out is that okay and I look at her with disbelief because I can't believe she's speaking to me in this manner, completely 180 flip from great service to hostile and horrible attitude like a child, and then she says thank you very rudely and before i could even respond she walks off, i asked her name and that was that last interaction i had with her, she goes to the back and starts bullying her employees because that's how it really sounded, and she was telling them this is why I tell you not to pull up cars up and berating them on why i was sitting for 10 min, and after that I'm just like I've gotta let someone know how that lady is not only treating customers but her employees as well, so whoever that morning lady manager named Linda is she needs a good coaching and a one-on-one with her Superior in regards to her customer service there was no reason for her to speak to me in that manner whatsoever she could have handled it in a very much better way, Wendy's you got to do better on your management because I can't imagine working for you and having a manager like that supervising me, also no receipt was provided, no napkins or any condiments were offered, time I visited was about 9:15...
Read moreThe service is very incredible slow….I was the only car in the drive thru and there was only one car in the parking lot. I waited 10 mins for someone to come and take my order at the drive thru and then I finally ordered and paid but then -Why did I wait 20 mins sitting in my car, in the heat, for my food? The food wasn’t even hot. Only the fries were fresh. Why give me all my drinks and frostys at the checkout window and then make me wait for my food while the frostys and drinks melt? The queso fries had like 2 tablespoons of sauce on it- they charged me extra for the ghost pepper sauce I ordered but then never put it on there. The option is on the system for them to ask if I wanted sauce with my nuggets but they selected NO SAUCE -instead of asking mw what sauce I wanted. So yeah, I made her walk back in after bringing me all my food- to go get me some bbq for me- because she didn’t even bother to ask- so it’s her fault and so it’s her fault she also had to walk back in and out into the heat. If they would actually be detailed and care about the job they are performing, they would be happier, management would be happy, customers would come back….but this is the 4th time I’ve been there and those kids are miserable and hate their jobs and it makes the customer experience very poor. Will not be giving this location anymore of my money unless they promise to train their “children” better… at least look like you don’t hate your...
Read moreI'm upset that I have to even give one star. That's too many stars for this location. The girl at the window is rude. As can be she needs to figure out something else in life that she's good at because customer service is not one of them. Second, if Michael is so miserable being a manager, maybe he needs to go find another career doing something else. I was in line to place an order. I do drive a lifted truck. For some reason, it did not pick up my vehicle. So I got attitude because I was ordering at the window. And I just want to know that's my fault. How and why? Because I chose to lift my vehicle. So I have to not go through drive-throughs. That's not fair to me. I wanted to talk to a manager. It took me having to call a district manager for me to finally talk to Michael. And then he was like did not care in the in. The slightest about my concerns or my issues, but I could. I've worked in restaurants. I get it. I am a store manager myself. I understand customers can be frustrating. All I wanted to do was place an order. The main reason I wanted to go there was for the triple Berry shake. Or frosty. They didn't have it.So I just canceled everything because that was the only reason why I went there. They didn't try to keep me.Save me nothing, don't go there. This is the worst customer service i've...
