Burger King — Restaurant in San Bernardino

The food was great the service was great I couldn't tell you much about the atmosphere because I went through the drive-thru but the atmosphere that I saw inside while waiting for my food I could see that they are 18 they were very polite with each other and the lady at the drive-thru window was very nice she was very attentive when I asked for more ketchup and and napkins she was very friendly a huge smile and my food was great my food was really good the bread was soft the meat was flavorful it was hard it was very good the pickles were fresh the tomatoes were fresh my lettuce was fresh and the fries I always get fries with no salt and my fries were perfect they were really good sometimes you ask when no salt but it's like they just wipe them down none of these were fresh fries with no salt so I appreciate that and what else are drinks were fresh they were not just sitting there with the ice melted now my drinks were great they they still had the carbon it was still carbonated it was fizzing LOL anyways I was happy I definitely will come back it's a little bit out of my area but I have friends that live around here so we order Burger...

It was good. They were a little undermanned but they treated me a lot better and a lot more fair than the Burger King on West Highland Ave and E Street. That one discriminated against me and I called and did an online report about my experience to report about the discrimination that I was subjugated to and nothing was done to resolve the issue where my order was cancelled to call the previous customer to give him a free meal because he didnt have enough money for his food. Even with his cousins discount which was actually flirty relations or really good friend of the manager. I was also disrespected and told not to come back on that visit. But back to the current visit. I was very happy with this burger king.on 9th and waterman. I still hate burger king because of that one time before because nothing was done to say they were sorry. Food is always cold I mean what do u expect if dey have it there ready just sitting derr waiting for someone to order... they mess up my order went back for some fries and girl was charging me after my whole food was cold and she forgot to even give me my fries no I made sure dey didn't charge me so I walked out with 3 large fries some freshly made chicken nuggets. do not let dem give u an attitude I know I dnt I'm paying for my service and food... but i do not recommend this burger king to anyone like i said they have derr food made just wrapped up waiting for someone to order I would know since when I went. derr was no one derr but me and dey had like 10 whoppers made and chicken nuggets in the lil paper bags they shouldn't give an attitude dey should be thankful customers even go cuz if it weren't for us customers dey...
