This review does not even deserve a star at all but I can’t leave a review without one! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEIR GOLD IS FAKE ITS PLATED AND SOLD AT AN EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE!! I bought a ring for $450 that includes shipping expenses. The ring is plated and they won’t refund my money or respond to my emails! They said I can exchange the ring for something else or keep the ring and get $25 off what I paid for it! I DONT WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR MORE FAKE GOLD! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I’ve taken the ring to multiple jewelers that buy gold and have told me it’s worth nothing! I CANT EVEN SELL THE RING FOR SCRAP GOLD ITS LITERALLY WORTHLESS!!! & I paid $450 please don’t be like me take your money elsewhere I will be sharing this message across all social media platforms & involving a lawyer! This was a birthday gift out of my budget & a surprise I can’t even afford anything else to replace the gift! I’m so disappointed the promised the ring was real! I've been going here for awhile and these people finally got me. Paid for my jewelry to get fix like I always do there. Didn't realize until I got home that they didn't even fix my necklace. Already paid for and still broken in the same spot. They told me I need to come back so they can see if it's broken in the same spot.
