I should of done this years ago, I’ve meant to. Each time I leave there I say “ I’ve just got to recognize these people somehow cause they are amazing”.. No excuses, today I just got to take the time and introduce all of you to the most wonderful place & staff I’ve ever visited. Five years ago I had cancer. I’d just started Chemo so my hair was thinning , not all the way gone. I was desperately trying to hold on to it for as long as I could. In preparation for when a total loss I’d visited a few wig stores in my area ( Menifee, Perris , even Hemet). I wasn’t prepared to buy one yet just looking. Trying to get feel if what and how my near future may have . I was a burden not potential sale for them I was made to feel. This same for at least 7 stores. Not one clerk ever offered any assistance cause of that. My Oncologist is right here at St. Bernardine. A little early for appt. we saw your store. I ventured in to see what kinds of things you had and minute I got in door I was welcomed by 3 separate employees who offered to assist me even though the store was full of potential buyers already. When I explained my situation they didn’t run. They talked amongst each other with me to see who could be the best to help me then. I just felt so at ease and that they really were doing it for me not trying to get rid of me instead. I was shown several styles. Prices, weight and natural looking ones , just everything. She totally sized up my face, skin tone etc. to see what looks most natural. I had so much fun. I felt so secure wearing this headpiece and for first time believed I may be able to pull it off. Feel normal and blend in during this time instead of feeling like everyone staring. They really did feel so much different than I thought they would. Then natural feeling. I left there with such a feeling of confidence. No longer scared. I went to my appointment and told my mom to please take me to the salon so I could shave off the remainder of my hair I had so I could get back to your shop before you closed. I had little strands that looked ridiculous but felt like I still had something I guess. I left there that day with 2 Rachel Welsh wigs, a pony tail attachment, all kinds of pretty stuff I felt. I felt fabulous my first outing in my new wig. It literally made me feel healthy when I felt so bad. I regained confidence and smiled again. Yes, it was the wigs doing that but it was the clerks there who planted that seed in me. The whole time I there the first time several employees would gather to compliment the look or offer other suggestions. All while in full understanding I wasn’t ready to purchase at that time. They didn’t care it was just their genuine personalities. Well during the years since Chemo my hair hasn’t been same since regrowth. Thinner, breakage etc. and I’ve come back to this store several times. Always the exact same group of genuine smiles and attitudes even if new ones have joined. I don’t believe this can be taught it comes from within and whoever is hiring these individuals must have the gift of being able to spot it. Not once have I been met with a sour attitude. I was there again today since I’m now on a extension trip. Trying to learn how to put them in my hair alone. Ugh, I just wanna throw them! I’ve spent hours trying so today decided to see if they could maybe offer me any ideas. Ms. Taini dropped whatever she was doing to again make me feel like I was most important person in the world. So patient and kind. She explained in detail what she could and offered me another solution as in internet if I found myself home and stuck. Again never make me feel as any burden but only a valued customer as they always do. I had pleasure in communicating with Christian and the very funny and welcoming Monte who held the bottle of sanitizer as you walked in that allows you the real seriousness they have for our health and their store. Girl with turbin/hairwrap, I apologize for forgetting her name; she was very helpful and I know it's kind of hard to deal with different people and different personalities, she was able to help us. But the owner on the other hand I think he needs a vacation; he was very on edge he kind of snapped at my Aunt for her fluffing the wig which is what she does when she's picking a wig but it was technically the cheapest wig in there. Plus the wig she was wearing probably cost more than the whole synthetic wigs that were on the stand so I do believe that he kind of needs to take a chill pill. (And that's my white side lol)I understand that he has a wall of patrons that come in and disrespect but we were never there to disrespect we were there to pay a good amount of money for services not only for your product but for good customer service which the girl with the turban (I apologize again for not remember her name) I think it was LaShawn but she was very helpful and very sweet and she did explain why the manager did not want my aunt to fluff the wig which my aunt likes to style her wigs and just to see if she likes it and to see if it's doable. we're kind of weird about trying on stuff that someone else has probably tried on. so we kind of look at it from that standpoint. so it's good if you try to treat everyone with great customer service because you never know the type of person you're going to get might be the person that's going to be able to pay for a substantial amount of money towards your store. We shouldn't have to state your status/class to be respected as possible buyers, most times you don't know until the person checks out. but otherwise I felt like everyone was helpful and still again the owner needs to take a...

I went in too crown wigs and I am so happy I did. From the moment I walked in there was a beautiful young lady with a smile on her face willing to help me with any question I had, and I had several questions. The young lady who helped me pick out ponytails, a wig, and clip ins was the most pleasant, she was patient and understanding which is so hard to find these days. I never felt judged or felt rushed or pressured to purchase, it was so nice to be able too feel comfortable asking questions I would have been hesitant to ask at other places I've been too. I got everything I needed and more, I could not believe how affordable crown wigs was, I could have saved myself a lot of money if I would have found them a year ago. The staff was amazing down too the security guard, and a sweet gentleman behind the counter who was also so helpful. I will never go to another shop to buy my hair. The quality is also great, and I assure you this place is where it's at if you need any type of hair, I've been to almost every hair store in the inland empire and this is as good as it gets. 5 stars and a big thank you to crown wigs.
