This is literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to a went today at 10 PM and they got my order wrong and tried to charge me for extra sauces even though I had my receipt showing that I ordered a large and they tried to rip me off and give me a medium on top of that I have tried to go to McDonald’s at around 2 AM and they refused me service because they claim that the system is out of order yet when I complained to upper management early in the morning the next day they have stayed them open until 3 AM every day, and even though I go at around anywhere from 6 to 9 AM, they claim that that person doesn’t work there and are shortstaffed and I have not seen that person work between the hours of 3 AM to 7 AM. It is ridiculous and ever since then I have stopped going to McDonald’s are used to be a loyal customer until they hired all these terrible employees. McDonald’s please do better and get rid of these terrible employees who do not care at all. I have not been to McDonald’s in weeks and instead chose Burger King because of the terrible people that they hire. I’ve worked fast food I used to work for Subway and this is the worst establishment that I have ever been to work wise and customer wise. Read moreI still enjoy eating McDonald's even though the prices are far more higher than most restaurants. This morning I went in there to order something and I stood in front of the counter at least 10 minutes never being acknowledged. I was finally asked if I needed any help and I said yes, I was told that I needed to use the kiosk. There is no sign in front of the register, it only has a sign we are going digital. I understand that the company's trying to find ways to save money but when you can't acknowledge customers I can see where your priorities are it's not customer service. So I did call their 805 number and spoke to someone that didn't seem to really care and tell me that it was my choice if I wanted to go there anymore. Not everyone wants to use apps and kiosks and still like interacting with other human beings. Today I found it very disrespectful from the bottom to the top which would be the person I called, it really makes me wonder when you read all these things on the internet about McDonald's losing business it's because of their new practices and having some of the highest prices in the fast food industry.
