Pizza House — Restaurant in San Bernardino

First time at this place and it was an absolute nightmare. Place reminded us like something outta Five Nights of Freddy. We arrived and initially we thought it to be closed down, but nope, they were in fact opened. We had our kids with us and they got excited for the games they have, but nope... With exception of maybe four machines, none were functional, even the coin changers were outta service. The pizza was burnt (truth be told I've gotten better pizza from Little Caesars than what this passed off as "pizza"), pizza was almost bland, the cheese bread was flavor less, our wings were burnt, and our tender were undercooked... We're scared we may catch salmonella just from the tenders alone, if I'm being honest. The staff were very unprofessional. One clerk told us over half the items on the menu weren't even things they carried... For example, spaghetti?? Nope, they don't have it. Want some calamari? Uh huh, they never carried it there. In the mood for some fried mushrooms?? They stopped serving those prior to COVID. This place needs to be boarded up and condemned. It absolutely baffles me on how they hold over 4 stars on here, like, are the owners paying people to create lies for reviews or something!? I don't get it... But I never have to worry about it again. Me and the family agreed, you'll never see us order from this...

We have never had the chance to order a pizza here but the day that we decided to try to order a pizza over the phone we had a very bad experience. It was about 6:57pm on March 19th when we decided to try to order a pizza. A Hispanic lady answered and put us on hold while an other person was able to help us. The person that answered the phone then tells us that we are lucky because they were getting ready to close which we thought was a bit strange since on Google it said they closed at 10pm on Fridays. We then explained how our child had gotten a coupon from school for perfect attendance and how we would like to get him his pizza and also order another. Before we could ask anything else the boy or girl that was helping us said ya sure and hung up on us. This was our 1st experience with you guys and it was very unpleasant for a few reasons. First for being told we were lucky because they were getting ready to close at 6:57pm on a Friday and also for being hung up on while trying to place an order. This is why we are giving you only 2 stars. We would love to try ordering a pizza from here again but the customer service we received was not...

I can't believe what happened last night here! Not that I'm a Dodger fan but I felt bad for the ones that were. As a paying customer people were watching the Series Game close to the ending. These people shut the t.v off on them with out a warning that they were close to closing or nothing. I couldn't believe that happened!! Also, my son won alot of tickets that the machine did not pay out so he talked to the manager there. The manager said he wasn't in charge but than yet had the keys to the games instead of giving my son the tickets all he did was give him a quarter back. Pretty messed up I can say!

I've honestly NEVER knew of a Pizza place to do any of this at all. Pretty darn sad spending a good amount of money here and getting treated like this NOT GOOD. Why would anyone want to give someone business if they treat their customers like this!?
