Raspados Jarochito — Restaurant in San Bernardino

The quality was really good like it didn't seem to have an artificial syrup flavor but natural actual fruit. I got the magno and my gf got the cheesecake ice cream. The ice cream wasn't great. They took a bit of time, think a third worker might be better then just two or perhaps organize a bit better would help a sometimes one was sure what the other had already done. The price was a bit high 10 bucks or more and you get charged extra for using credit card. There are cramped tables that are really just to wait for your order. You can't use their restroom even as a customer. Their menu is huge! Which could be both good and bad. I'll go back, but will see if I can find a slightly better...

Disappointed with the service at Raspados Jatochito in San Bernardino. I came in to order two raspados and a milkshake. Shortly after, I let them know I no longer wanted the milkshake. Despite the fact that it clearly hadn’t been made yet, they insisted I take it, claiming it was already prepared. I sent my husband to get me two flavors like the-menu says u can get which was strawberry and nutella with drizzled nutella on top and fresh strawberries he was told by the guy serving him he couldn’t do two flavors and he was only allowed to have whipped cream and strawberry jelly ?!!?!! Like if thats the case i wouldn’t have gone and spent $20 on two cups of ice cream what like of service allows some people to add toppings and others cant just cuz he doesn’t feel like it .
