Minimal service for takeout at closing time as expected. They offer a lot of variety, including taquitos. According to staff, the horchata is not made from scratch in the store so I didn't indulge in that.

Would I go back? Heck yes. I want to try some of the other dishes including the taquitos.

My $13 chili verde meal was excellent - sauce just hot enough to make me sweat a little and Oh boy! that chili verde flavor. My chili verde plate had a big serving of pork in the spicy green sauce. It included Mexican rice and refritos. It included 2 large flour tortillas (double wrapped in foil), 2 quartered limes (7-9 pieces), a lot of cilantro and onions and included 2 sauce mini cups each of red and green salsa. Since the Chile was excellent I didn't try the salsas but will tonight on the leftover rice and beans. The to-go order included a packet of a napkin, salt, pepper and 3 plastic utensils in the big plastic leakproof bag. They included lots of napkins. I needed some of those napkins because I spilled some of that delicious verde sauce in the...

I went in there for my usual carne asda burrito without rice I took three bites no beans . I called up the restaurant and the lady answer but couldn't speak English and hung up on me. I so go there and I was next in line I walk to the register and explain that I couldn't taste the beans so after touching money and the and the register all morning she decided to open my burrito with fingers and split a line down to the other end destroying the burrito wide open. So at this point I ask her if she could gave me another burrito shell she said No she ask me step out the line so we go over to the chiefs station she says something in Spanish and he says NO he will not give me another shell either I said that's fine I visit this place more than enough to get treated bad no love lost but....Gloves are much needed at this place...

This is one of the places I gave a chance to despite reading very mixed reviews beforehand, and one complaint in particular that stuck out to me was that the service here is poor mainly because it takes a long time to get your food.... from my experience eating here just now, thats a lie. Service was relatively fast even with a generous amount of patrons, I think people are just upset that the staff don't bring the food to you, you get an order ticket and have to go up and get your food yourself, which is totally fine, stop being Lazy people 😂

Very good food, I had the asada plate which comes with generous portions of beans, rice, grilled cebolla and jalapeño, like 10 tortillas, 3 strips of asada, which almost tasted like it came off the grill outside 😋

Good food, FAST SERVICE, would...

The experience that I had was waiting to pick my order, waiting at the tables while I was sitting, 🪑 and washing my hand before I ate. I parked my car and I walked in to the restaurant and saw the menu and I chose my order and I went to the cashier and I told her to give me the 3 sopes. After that I waited at the table I wanted to sit at, and I wasn’t able to wash my hands yet because I was astonished of the setting of the restaurant. Next I got my food and I went into the restaurant men’s restroom 🚹 to wash my hands but I was uncomfortable with leaving my food to go and wash my hands. But I still did. And I rushed to wash my hands.

The food is actually good a little different for example the molcajete is dry no sauce that was a first time for me the service blows im not sure if its a policy or they are just being lazy but my kid wanted the guacamole on the side and they wouldn't do it they said either you have it or don't then also with the raspado it was waaaaaay to concentrated so I want a little bit more ice and the wouldn't do they said they don't do that I told them I'm willing to pay but the reply by saying they can't sell the ice with out the syrup ...its just ice

Que Grande! Oh wow was I ever impressed by the size, quality and low price of their tacos. I couldn't believe how huge they were for only $2.29. Had a Pastor, Chile Verde and shredded beef, they obviously stew the meat for hours because it was all super tender and just melted like butter in your mouth. So flavorful and lots of savory mouthfeel with each bite. Make sure to have a fresh squeezed juice with your meal too. Im glad my buddy let me in on the secret of Los Altos, I can't wait to go back and gorge myself again.
