I seriously enjoy Starbucks but when there is rush hr . They tend to make very horrible drinks ! Had them remake an espresso frappe 2x let me remind you I made a huge line on drive thru for it! The drink tasted like ice blended with whip cream it was as white as a vanilla bean. Either they need more employees or better training ! Very ridiculous as the girl drive thru was extremely rude for the second time they made my drinks her response as to saying that is the original amounts of scoops on the drink ! Lies to get away with the fact they are extremely busy and short in staff. I had to park because the girl literally cut me out and said those are scoops and have a nice day!!!! After going inside to ask for refund the cashier Daniel said oh I’m sorry ! Sorry for what “ that you guys can’t get the drink your promise to sell.he said can we remake it I told him well if you can make it as an espresso Frappuccino then yes he automatic said will refund you !!! Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this location, largely due to the store manager, David, who was extremely rude and dismissive. After making a purchase (since restrooms are “for customers only”), I politely asked for the code to use the restroom. Instead of simply providing it, David pointed to a woman entering the restroom and said, “Don’t you see that woman going in? You can just use it after her.” When I asked again for the code, he refused and told me to wait outside the door.
This was not only unnecessary, but completely unprofessional. Another customer even noticed and said, “Why are you letting him treat you like that? That was terrible.” I couldn’t agree more.
To make matters worse, my drink was not made well—it was honestly nasty—and when I finally got into the restroom, it was filthy. Black tar-like grime covered the floor, there was urine all over the toilet seat, and soggy toilet paper was hanging from the wall and scattered across the floor. I didn’t even use it.
Overall, this was a horrible experience. The customer service was unacceptable, the facilities were disgusting, and no one—paying customer or not—deserves to be...
Read moreJune 22 2023 update to my review I tried using this place again but once again I'm not able to go inside if it's before 7 so my plans are ruined I wasn't able to go in early to work because I've been in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes. This place shouldn't even be accepting mobile orders for pickup if you can't even pick them up when you show up. The line is so long in the Drive-Thru you will easily be here over 15 minutes, the only reason the drive-thru line was moving quickly was only because people were leaving I don't plan on visiting this Starbucks anymore. Below is my previous review from some months before: My rating is only low because although the Starbucks is convenient and everyone is good here the only problem is that they're not opening their doors early like they should and we're forced to go through the drive-thru which is extremely inconvenient when someone is actually placing an order at the drive-thru.
