Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Today is March 25,2025 the young guy on shift about 1pm shouldn't be handling money at all. He looked stoned out of his mind or high on something else. He doesn't know how to do math. He jipped me a few dollars and tried to make me feel like I was the problem. My bill was $42.59 I handed the guy $45 he gives me my receipt with 51¢. I asked him where is the rest of my change he said I gave you a senior discount or you would have "owed" I'm like how when I gave you more than my bill. I told him technically if you gave me a "senior discount" with what I payed him then he would owe me $7 still . He basically tried to convince me other wise and kept my change . He's a thief , don't go to this location. The time before last that i paid here I got my card information stolen. This time I paid cash and this happens. I hope the manager sees this because they need to reevaluate...

I used to love this Taco Bell location, but after today, I’ll never be coming back. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash, and when I got to the window, they told me someone had already picked it up..which was impossible. Then, they claimed someone supposedly picked up an order for ‘Karina,’ but that makes no sense because my name wouldn’t have been available to anyone… it was a pickup, not a delivery. My order still showed as ‘ready for pickup,’ but on their end, they marked it as ‘picked up.’ Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me to contact DoorDash and refused to give me my food, even though it was clearly their error. I have to say the food is very good I love Taco Bell I always have but it has got too expensive and I don't go there anymore because I really can't afford it I mean I could go somewhere else that has fresh food and that is healthier for a cheaper price so I don't really go here anymore it's sad to say they have painted they're building it's not the original color anymore it's completely black I did not like it and their parking lot is mostly empty I really don't know how they are making it because their parking lot is always empty and they're on the corner they should be making better money well I really hope that they stay in business that's the only Taco Bell around here hope they lower their prices again I mean their food is not worst...
