Taco Shop Mexican Grill — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Small owned business I get it but the owner Rosa is very rude. She plated my daughters food and the beans caused the taco shell to become soggy and break apart. She would not remake my daughters tacos. My daughter is a college student in this city so her money for food is scarce. I called and Rosa remembered my daughter. She immediately decided to argue with me and said rice and beans are cheap so I gave her more rice and beans but tacos cost us to much money so I gave her back her same soggy tacos. I explained that is unfortunate because you loose a customer over not being willing to make it right. She argues more she has to make a sign that if you leave they cant fix your food cause people always drop their food and come back and complain. My daughter didn't drop her food she came back in immediately. Rosa was loud over talked me and her defense was my daughters friends food was just fine. My daughters friends food was not packaged with hers so that's irrelevant. When I told her her service is terrible and we would never spend money with her and will leave a review she said that's fine I will just reply to the review. So expect her to reply and be defensive. At the end of the day make it right for the customer and keep a loyal customer. When I advised she would loose a customer she said well it happens and that's unfortunate but she didn't care. This place is where to eat at if you are on the North end of San Bernardino by Cal state San Bernardino. The staff here are very friendly, they make you feel welcome the moment you walk into to there restaurant. The food is just amazing, I mean home cooked Mexican food. They have great prices for the amount of food you get for your buck. They have taco specials. My wife says there hot sauces to spicy lol. Oh by the way it is homemade just like there food. The best tacos on that end of town so I had to repost this I send someone there because I felt this is a good place to eat.
