I placed an order around 2:25, whoever was on shift Sunday January 12th is rude. She wouldnāt give me her name but the only way I can describe her is she was younger, dark hair, pointy nose, and acne. I placed my order in the app and it said it was ready at 2:36, I walked up to the pick up and I asked if it was ready because the drink wasnāt there I wasnāt sure if someone grabbed it she said āif youād be patient Iāll make your drink soonā I just didnāt know if someone had grabbed it, 10 more minutes go by and sheās only helping people in line so I ask again if it would be ready soon because I had to get to my gate, she said the same thing very snarky and said āif you would be patient Iāll get to youā I waited 10 more minutes at this point it has been 30 minutes and sheās making everyoneās drinks except for mine even people that ordered in app later than I did. At that point she was doing it on purpose and rude for absolutely no reason. I asked her if I needed to wait in line to get my drink she said āmaāam Iāll get to youā I said well itās been 30 minutes why are you helping everyone but me? She said ābecause you arenāt priorityā. I am so validly upset because I waited for 30 minutes and she was incredibly rude...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe comments about the service are absolutely correct, especially regarding the girl employee. I asked for a no ice no water refresher. Stephanie was the employee that told me āNo, We canāt sell it like thatā. I have never heard that before but the line was long so I told her it was okay with water, but no ice. I wasnāt gonna walk around and get on a plane with a dripping-wet drink. When I asked her if the drink should be full or at least be close to full she gave me an attitude. She then stood there and got on her phone ( the line is still long). Slamming things around and talking super loud. I ordered this ALL the time and never had a problem. In fact, Starbucks will (and have in the past, without me initiating) complimentary the drink in a form of a merchandise card that said āSorry your drink was not fullā or something along that line.
The guy that was taking orders was really nice but seemed new. I felt bad for him because she wasnāt nice to him eitherā¦.this was at concourse D nextto gate D1, but I was told employees do alternate between the locations within...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo, so disappointing, that after waiting a half hour for a coffee, which I understand is just how it is in the morning before a flight, and only one Starbucks on C Concourse, a couple of the ābarristasā (which is really not a term that can be applied to this group as a whole) decided to belittle another customer in front of other customers. The coffee was fine; however, TAY (whose name I had to pry out of one of the servers, as they do not wear name tags, and she refused to tell me) used the following language while we were standing waiting for our drinks: āJesus Christ, what is her problem?ā To which another answered, sarcastically, something about customer being right, and then Tay proceeded to continue muttering ānot this customerā or something I could no longer hear, under her breath. Boring, tedious, details here, I know, but there is no one here in the airport that you can discuss customer services issues with. So, there it is. Simply trying to help Tay learn something about customer service. Mmmmmm...
