I placed an order around 2:25, whoever was on shift Sunday January 12th is rude. She wouldn’t give me her name but the only way I can describe her is she was younger, dark hair, pointy nose, and acne. I placed my order in the app and it said it was ready at 2:36, I walked up to the pick up and I asked if it was ready because the drink wasn’t there I wasn’t sure if someone grabbed it she said ā€œif you’d be patient I’ll make your drink soonā€ I just didn’t know if someone had grabbed it, 10 more minutes go by and she’s only helping people in line so I ask again if it would be ready soon because I had to get to my gate, she said the same thing very snarky and said ā€œif you would be patient I’ll get to youā€ I waited 10 more minutes at this point it has been 30 minutes and she’s making everyone’s drinks except for mine even people that ordered in app later than I did. At that point she was doing it on purpose and rude for absolutely no reason. I asked her if I needed to wait in line to get my drink she said ā€œma’am I’ll get to youā€ I said well it’s been 30 minutes why are you helping everyone but me? She said ā€œbecause you aren’t priorityā€. I am so validly upset because I waited for 30 minutes and she was incredibly rude...

The comments about the service are absolutely correct, especially regarding the girl employee. I asked for a no ice no water refresher. Stephanie was the employee that told me ā€œNo, We can’t sell it like thatā€. I have never heard that before but the line was long so I told her it was okay with water, but no ice. I wasn’t gonna walk around and get on a plane with a dripping-wet drink. When I asked her if the drink should be full or at least be close to full she gave me an attitude. She then stood there and got on her phone ( the line is still long). Slamming things around and talking super loud. I ordered this ALL the time and never had a problem. In fact, Starbucks will (and have in the past, without me initiating) complimentary the drink in a form of a merchandise card that said ā€œSorry your drink was not fullā€ or something along that line.

The guy that was taking orders was really nice but seemed new. I felt bad for him because she wasn’t nice to him either….this was at concourse D nextto gate D1, but I was told employees do alternate between the locations within...

So, so disappointing, that after waiting a half hour for a coffee, which I understand is just how it is in the morning before a flight, and only one Starbucks on C Concourse, a couple of the ā€œbarristasā€ (which is really not a term that can be applied to this group as a whole) decided to belittle another customer in front of other customers. The coffee was fine; however, TAY (whose name I had to pry out of one of the servers, as they do not wear name tags, and she refused to tell me) used the following language while we were standing waiting for our drinks: ā€œJesus Christ, what is her problem?ā€ To which another answered, sarcastically, something about customer being right, and then Tay proceeded to continue muttering ā€œnot this customerā€ or something I could no longer hear, under her breath. Boring, tedious, details here, I know, but there is no one here in the airport that you can discuss customer services issues with. So, there it is. Simply trying to help Tay learn something about customer service. Mmmmmm...

You know I love my Starbucks; but the service was a little weird. A standard Starbucks experience and setup, no real problems; but it is quiet chaos around there, just be patient. I asked for no ice in a cold brew, and was told they were not allowed to do that. I asked if they could just fill it less instead of adding ice; the cashiers said, ā€œNo, I just said we are not allowed to do that.ā€ This is my standard order that I get about 5 times a week; I am positive Starbucks allows this. He said ā€œI’ll tell them to put just a few cubes in it.ā€ I personally don’t like the ice because it waters down the drink. The baristas were politely joking with me saying, I’m so sorry, but I think I got 4 ice cubes not 3ā€. As if I was asking for a odd order. I said ā€œI wanted no ice, but that is what I was told was the compromise.ā€ The cashiers came over and started to justify what he put in the sticker; I just left. Odd stuff there. Just give customers what they want. Best coffee in concourse C. Enjoy the oddities. Be patient with the line.

Ashley (name she gave me) is not friendly and impatient. A different female employee was originally taking my order. I was patient reciting my order due to her not being at the register to enter it in. I was okay to repeat my order but the employees were not. I'm confident when I order because I get the same thing every time. Ashley started making the order instead and became frustrated due to her confusion. She exaggerated the whole situation by stopping to list different drinks with a sarcastic tone, then have me order again. Her motive was to demean me. At the end she tried being nice to my family to save her image. Acting like she didn't just make my family uncomfortable with her negative attitude. I've worked in the service industry for 8 years. She was rude, period. I walked up happy but left offended.
