TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Hispanic with dyed reddish wavy hair and nose piercing closing shift 5/25/22.

They missed an item in our order and well that's fine they were very upset that we basically asked them to correct it. Don't ask me why they were upset that they had to correct in order that they messed up in the first place. While we were still eating at the table the girl that was closing grabbed all the tables and chairs from outside and putting them inside, slamming them on the ground and sliding the steel table across the floor which left a very loud and aggressive noise. Passive aggressive much? Then the girl walked over to us and angrily basically told us we have three minutes to get out. While I understand that they are closed and we did not look at our watches while we were eating, there was another Way she could've said the same thing but respectfully We try to get an item refunded because the item should've been in the online order already. When we try to get it refunded the red haired girl once again was refusing because she didn't see an order for it. We didn't have a receipt because the previous cashier didn't give us a receipt. Basically so much difficulty came from this experience because the customer service staff was rude and aggressive. And it's one thing if I was rude and aggressive and they were responding in like but we were not even being loud or angry or upset. We just asked for a correction to our order as listed through their online order system. There's another couple in there that came after us and ordered food and they waited way too long for what they got, and then they returned from outside and the red headed girl (closing shift girl) says " we're closed" but also that he told her no I was just in here you guys did not give me sesame roll. So safe to see they seem to be 2/2 of missing peoples orders in the shor one hour time.

Wouldn't come back here again unless I desired TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MISPLACED ORDERS, AGGRESSIVE STAFF. There's no reason to come to this place when you have a bunch of hard-working staff and amazing food right across the street (HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHUONG TRANG -right across street)

Anticipating restaurant owners response: yes this all happened in the way I'm stating it and I would come back if it means I won't run into that girl again and you worked on improving...

Stopped here on a Saturday morning and it wasn't very busy. First time here so I got two dac biet special with extra jalapeños, 2 egg rolls and 5 pate so.

The two young guys working were very friendly and courteous, one of them especially, was smiling the entire time he was getting my order ready and packed.

The sandwiches were delicious and had a very good amount of meat inside. I loved the bread! It was nice and soft, airy with a slight crunch. They have a sign that says they make their own bread in house, fresh, every day. The meat and veggies were nice and fresh...at some places you can tell when they give you old meat, but not here.

The egg rolls were pretty good, but I'm sad that I ended up hating the pate so. I wanted to like it but it tasted really funny. I'm not sure if it's the seasoning they put in the meat or something else but it tasted pretty sour and really off,almost like it was going bad. I couldn't out my finger on it but I honestly couldn't eat them. I managed two of the 5 and threw the other 3 away..

They do have some yummy looking desserts and the inside is kind of cute and trendy. Would probably be a nice spot for a lunch date. So while I did knock off one star for the pate so, I loved the sandwiches, the bread and the service. I will definitely be back. Especially since I'm eyeing the fried chicken sandwich and lava cake on their menu that I want to try next time I'm...

Cali Baguette Express, as the name implies, it is super fast service.

We went here during our team lunch with my colleagues All of us were very satisfied and had no complaints.

The Sandwich is very simple and fresh. It is not rich at the same time very fresh taste. I had #4 BBQ Pork, loved the freshness and taste of the well cooked pork. Also had Fried egg sandwich earlier, which was very simple and tasty.

Other items we ordered to-go Vietnamese Donuts- Its not too sweet nor too fatty. But tastes good. Lotus Cookie, Heaven, it is Crispy and sweet in the shape of lotus.

I have only one complaint, the meet is very less in the sandwich and it was not very filling. So, next time, I have some tips to myself.

Order Simple Sandwich + add more filling + add a fried egg + BRING YOUR OWN SAUCE :)
