Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in San Diego

just came through the drive thru, the girl took a while to take my order but that was fine, I pulled foward to the window where I handed her a $20 and my total was $10 and some change and the girl gave me back 4 pennies, during that exchange she hands me my beverage but not my fries, which is understandable but when she goes to give me my fries i tell her i gave her a $20 so she tells me to come inside & grab my correct change. I’m inside waiting about 7 mins and theres a lady in front of me who needed to pay who hadnt been helped for longer than me and when the manager finally head over she gives me my correct change and i tell her about my fries i never got & she went back and forth with me saying i got them but i never did. after a few times of these she finally gives me my large fries but barely any sauce so i have to head back to the drive thru and get my sauce. this restaurant is understaffed and the service isn’t very good. do better thanks! i knew i should’ve gone to chick fil a lol (when i got back home 4 mins away my shake was halfway melted as well because of all...

So I walked into this carls jr and I was profiled because I asked for a water cup by this woman who claims her name is Sonja. She said we don't give free cups to get water we sell them. I said okay I'll like too purchase one but she then laughed like I was joking and she went and walked over too the cups and acted like she was just going to give me one but walked over to the sofa fountain and got soda for herself which is fine but I still wasn't taken seriously that I wanted to buy a drink and then she got another new cup and repeated that same process with the cup again. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional and she doesn't take anything seriously because she talks with her co- workers with profanity like shes just chilling in the ghetto. I went here to get me a combo and I asked doe my fries to be well done. I got my food and ate a frie and it was cold. I'm thinking that my imagining things so I asked my mom to try one and just from her touch along said it was cold. So I called to see if I can just get my fries replaced for some hot ones. When I told the person on the phone that my fries were cold she said " come on now man like really". I told her yes then she proceed to say to come back.
