The Panda Express app ruined this place for me. I used to go and there was great service. When they put out the app the employees started to ask me over and over if I wanted to download the app. It started as one ask but it went up to being asked five times during one visit if I wanted to download the app despite my repeated “no thank you.” Then I was asked to explain why I did not want to download the app. This continued up until 2-3 months ago where they went back to one ask. During my last visit I went in and there was no one in line. The were about 4 people working the counter but none of them looked at me they just started taking the online orders. I understand they must be stressed so I did not give it importance. But I waited and 10-15 online orders in I saw the employee just print out another set of online order stickers and work on a new batch, again without even acknowledging that I was there. During this time I saw one server fighting for her life to prepare everything while the others were just standing, watching and waiting for her. I understand the workers must be trying their hardest to get through the online app orders but that seems to be their only focus and not the customers that order...

I’m a loyal customer of Panda Express and usually purchase food from your restaurants about 3–4 times a week. I love the food—it’s always delicious—but I’ve noticed a frustrating issue at this particular location. The portion sizes here are significantly smaller compared to other Panda Express restaurants.
One employee in particular, a Chinese man who often serves the teriyaki chicken, is extremely stingy with portions. Watching him cut the teriyaki chicken honestly makes me frustrated. If I order a double teriyaki, the amount he serves is barely equal to a single entrée at other locations. It’s really disappointing, and it feels unfair as a paying customer.
Since this location is the most convenient for me, I keep coming back, but whenever I see him serving, I already know I’ll be getting about half the food I would at any other Panda Express. The staff doesnt know how to describe food.
They shout at you. They tried to make my order before fresh super veg was ready. it would leave everything else in the box going soggy. The MOD was too busy working. Dont go if its busy. Portions are skimpy. I wanted to like this place as its close and Ive had good times there before. I may try one more time.
