Overall quality has dropped BIG TIME here. Only one waitress during lunch time, the wait for your food to come out is ridiculous-you'd think the MGR would come out and help wait on tables to ensure quality service. Ordered a salad, waitress knew that they were out of avocados, and doesn't say anything till it comes out and I ask about the avocados- right away she'slike. "Oh were out of those but I can get you mash potatoes" not even close the same thing. Then seems bothered that I didn't want the salad.The cooks tried to hide this by drowning the salad in ranch- totally unedible so I ask to take it off the bill and was no longer going to eat since everything was taking forever to get done. I requested to remove my soft drink since I only ordered it bc I was dining there, but after taking the salad out, the Mgr denied my request and just sends a to-go cup. Like if I was not dining there, why would you not remove the drink that I only took 2 sips from-how much COSTare you really writing off??? 30 cents maybe? Who goes to Chili's for just a cup of soda? The fajitas my husband ordered were brought without the beans that are suppose to be included, barely having their known sizzle- this place is stiffing customers on portions and sides. As if only the restaurant has been affected by the pandemic-as customers we have been affected too- don't be sneaky with these moves-we are still paying for our food. Chili's where do I begin! Been a customer for 7 years, very loyal at that! We would dine in three days a week and order take out probably once or twice a month. With that being said when the pandemic hit we still decided to support Chili's being that they are a neighborhood restaurant, however both times that we had received takeout in the last 2 weeks, it was very disorganized, the managers were completely rude, the food was unedible, and to say the least the managers and the staff know both my husband and I and you would think that they would give us a little bit more respect. I understand they're difficult times however if you're offering a service and you can't deliver that service consistently you probably should not be doing it.

My husband and I have treated the waitresses very well we have tipped them above and beyond what an average person would tip. If you look at the reviews on Chili's at the specific location that's listed you will see that about 95% of the comments are negative. Chili's should be grateful that they're being supported by the community, however the attitude and the food quality needs to be up to par just as like if they were open for seating. Yesterday/Sunday, I decided to dine/drink and watch the Padres vs Dodgers Baseball Game at this restaurant.

Wow! Their QUALITY of the Fajitas Chicken & Steak Combo Dinner has really gone down hill. *The entire Fajitas did not arrive with its legendary "SIZZLE and AROMA" of deliciousness. *Although, all other customers received the Famous Fajitas SIZZLE/AROMA. My Meal DID NOT. *The chicken and steak was mildly warm, mushy and completely tasteless. I had to add Tabasico Hot Sauce to achieve some flavor. *The Flour Tortillas were mildly warm and tasteless. *The Beans/Rice/Condiments were OK. But, nothing to write home about. *My Draft Beers was cold and fresh and at Happy Hour Price of $4.00 which is a great price at 22oz glass each. *I dined and drank at the bar and the Bartender service was excellent. *Atmosphere was clean, nice and friendly. *Parking was plentiful and free. *Many TV's to watch various sports. *Unfortunately, My Meal was so TERRIBLE and after seeing other customers Fajitas Combo Dinners were SIZZLING and Smelled Delicious and Looked Very Fresh. *I have no choice, but to give Chilli's an Overall 2-STAR Rating. **Next time, if I visited this establishment anytime soon.
