Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Diego

Great deals and my orders have ALWAYS been done correctly and handled with care. The staff seems to be organized, knowledgeable and whether the place is busy or not, the staff always have a good attitude. About 5 or 6 years ago, I wasn't a fan of Domino's. I didn't like the big pieces of sausage they were using and the pizza was very greasy, sometimes going through the box. That was the worst. I moved to City Heights 2 years ago and the closest pizza place was Domino's. I was too lazy to go anywhere else so Domino's it was. I ordered a pizza, picked it up and brought it home. The 1st thing I noticed right away was the pizza wasn't greasy on the bottom, no grease going thru the bottom of the box. Ok, great start. I open the lid and the pizza looked so perfect, just the commercial. The pepperoni, bacon and yes!!... even the sausage was perfect. Domino's has made amazing changes that hit a home run with me and my peeps!! I am so glad I was lazy that day because I was given a perfect pizza and each AND every order seems to be a masterpiece. Sorry Papa John's and Pizza Hut,; not only is the pizza fabulous @ Domino's, the rewards club is * No Joke*. I have received over 5 or 6 free pizzas so far. Now why would I go anywhere else, except...

I walk in and the 1 employee makes eye contact with me from behind the counter and walks towards the back and doesn't say a word. Another customer comes in 5 minutes later and still not a word. 5 minutes after that another customer comes in and still not a word. Finally after a couple of minutes with the employee looking at the 3rd customer and the customer asks about any store specials. The employee is staring at him and then looks down and ignores him. I had to have been standing there 15 minutes and the 3rd customer asks if someone else os taking orders. I point at the wall so he can see the manager's special since the employee was not responsive. He finally takes care of tje 2nd customer that had gotten there after I did. Then he walks back by the oven and asks who's next as if he hasn't seen me standing there. A female delivery driver comes in and I tell him who I was and he asks the delivery driver to give me the pizzas that had been sitting there since before I came in. According to the pizza tracker my pizzas were done when I got there. I know people have bad days but he had a piss poor attitude and couldn't be bothered. Just ordered two medium pizzas online and upon arriving at the store they told me my total was 24 something when online it was only 13 dollars and 48 cents. The cashier had the audacity to ARGUE WITH MY BOYFRIEND & EVEN CHARGED OUR DEBIT CARD AND CONTINUE TO ARGUE when we knew damn well it was 13.48. Then he told us we were short 4 more dollars!!! Seriously??!!!?! After arguing for awhile, Sure enough he looked on the box and saw the price on it was 13.48 like we said and had to go thru the hassle to reimburse our money. I've never been so insulted in my life. Or EMBARRASSED. I ALWAYS order from here and am a loyal customer to this store and after this incident I'm sure it'll be my last time ever ordering or going here. Such a shame.
