This “sushi” restaurant is a joke! The sushi “chef” doesn’t know what he’s doing! Each piece of my roll was wrapped so loosely, that it completely fell apart, including everything in it, which was not much. Super skimpy with the fish, which didn’t smell or taste fresh at all.
Their rolls contain almost nothing.
I was hungry, and so I struggled to eat most of it, then gave up trying in frustration. At the end, I smelled the yellowtail, and it smelled weird and not fresh. I communicated with my server, who got extremely snippy and impatient with me. Then, the manager told me that since I ate most of it (with great difficulty), they wouldn’t do anything. No apologies whatever! None. They both saw how atrocious this was made.
What a joke! If you want quality sushi, rolled correctly without unraveling the moment you try to pick it up with chopsticks, and super skimpy, go elsewhere.
I’m praying that I don’t get sick later from the fish…
Awful customer service. All that I really needed was an acknowledgment of the reality of the substandard quality, and a simple apology. Nope.
Hire an experienced sushi chef! Or someone who cares about what they’re serving.
Awful experience. Never again. Who wrote so many flattering reviews for this joke of a sushi restaurant? Don’t believe them.

Read moreI don't consider myself to be a connoisseur of sushi, but I've had lots of sushi. I've been all over North America and I have sushi in every city I go to. This is without a doubt the worst sushi I've had anywhere.
I had the spicy salmon roll and the Spider roll. The Spicy salmon roll had an overwhelming pickled flavor, which really didn't work for it at all. Not to mention there was nothing in the roll description mentioning something pickled as an ingredient. The crab in the spider roll was way too heavily breaded. I'm not sure if it was even tempura, and it was overdone to the point where it was hard, dry and tasteless.
All the rolls were too loose and fell apart.
As for the service, I really don't think our server really even cared that we were there. He wasn't at all personable, just dropping off our order in a hurry. When the place got busy, he just abandoned us completely We eventually got sick of waiting and got another server so we could pay. By then we just wanted to get out of there anyway.
Finally, they definitely need to hire more staff because once it got busy at all, the two servers they had on we're immediately...

They don't just want you as a return customer but as a friend should you return. I don't know why you wouldn't. My Sashimi was incredibly fresh. Garnished beautifully both to the eyes and palette. The ponzu was verified as home-made from scratch. I could taste each savory herb 🌿 . Dangerously addicting! Best I ever had. Coming from someone who has worked at some of the best sushi bars in my college years. The lemon cilantro roll... again taste each herb! And you know those sliced oranges to finish your meal that so many never touch... WOW like nothing I've tasted before! Fabulous 👌. The food was so great for the 1st time in 25 yrs I forgot to order Sakki....
