Vons Bakery — Restaurant in San Diego

Well I go to this location 2 to 3 times a week and spend about $150 to $200 a week because I live right next to it and i am a disabled veteran. I used to go inside to shop but I have been screwed too many times by the cash register not charging me the right price and having to wait in line forever for the two cashiers to check out all 20 customers. Well now to go over the real reason I am writing another review. I use the online order app and order a lot of items and it always seems like there is 3 or 4 items that are out of stock and it is always the items that are on special with the U deals. For instance last week I ordered 1 lb of primo mesquite turkey and it was out so they substituted a higher priced item. Again I ordered today and more stuff out of stock and guess what the primo mesquite turkey out again so instead of giving me another primo brand turkey they give me the higher priced turkey which I told them not to on chat. This store is an absolute wreck and the managers need to be replaced or just close the store and let a better store come in and take care of us...

I ordered a cake for my 50th birthday. And I finished all my treatments and my cancer is in remission. I wanted a special cake and for it to say, "Happy Birthday and congrats on your remission" The ladies were just as excited for me as I was and they were so patient with my questions since I didn't know what type of options with toppings or decorations goes with what type of cake. I ordered a carrot cake with Pink decorations and guests at my party really enjoyed it. Thank you, the Vons...

Horrible..1 cashier at 8 pm .line 15 deep. Do not go here. Tried to call 5 time.....
