Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Diego

3/5 stars. The quality of the food is incredible but the employees aren’t always.

My boyfriend and I order a deep dish pizza bacon wrapped and cheese stuffed with pepperoni, jalapeño, and sausage every week. Tonight, on our usual Friday, we placed the order and the girl working tonight at 9:00 on 11/15/2019, gave us a huge attitude. She kept claiming that she had no idea how we’ve been getting that pizza because it’s not an option. Even though we know that’s a lie because we get it from here weekly. She didn’t even ask her co workers or management: she just said “Oh no we can’t do that!” I think it’s because they were closing soon and she didn’t want to be bothered. But maybe she should get a different job if she hates it so much.

Won’t be ordering here again. I’ll take the extra trip to Spring Valley. We were regulars. But another franchise can get our money. Since the other Little Caesar’s employees in Spring Valley laughed when I told them what she said and explained the girl at this location was wrong. They CAN add stuffed crust.

Anyway, the quality is good the customer service is far from. That girl alone got 3 stars knocked off.

Edit: So the guy working tonight at this location was super friendly and gained back a star. He told us it can be done and he has no idea why she said it couldn’t be done. He said there’s no issue with them adding cheese so he doesn’t understand why she told us that. Especially when we order...

THE worst little ceasars EVER. Ive been to little ceasars all over and this one is THE WORST. The customer service thinks you are indebted to them for them answering the phone. Lucy is the worst, she does not listen at all just repeats herself like a mindless computer and hangs up on customers if she cant help them. Go to any other location then this disgrace of a location.

Edit: AFTER my aweful hour long ordering experience it only got worse. Part of my order did not show up, and being that their app did not work, they have no website order, refuse to take a delivery order over the phone I was forced to order postmates so I could not even convey the mistake. So I tried to call and discuss the mistake ans the person set the ohone down on the counter and did not speak to me at all. This location is QUITE LITTERALLY the worst little ceasars ive EVER been too. And thier GM apparently wont be in for "at least 2 weeks". If I was the owner, id be very concerned about the way this place is...

Awful service. Waited an hour when my food was supposed to be ready in the pizza portal. I went in, sat down and continued to wait as I watch 8 other people line up behind me waiting for the pizza portal as well. Turns out, my food was ready the whole time I was sitting; no one put it in the pizza portal. I watched people who came in and order after me, get served before I did. No smiles at all, no greetings; as I sat there, I was not helped and had to go up to the FOH and ask when my order would be ready in the portal. When I watched the worker pull out the order that I saw sitting there for an hour, to find out I could have left prior, I was exasperated beyond belief. Every time I come here, the girl in the back is extremely rude. Why are customers giving better customer service than you are, when you work there?? If you dislike your job that much, get a new one. She is extremely rude to other customers as well. I’m surprised she hasn’t...
