Things to improve for grand opening: Ice machine - it was not working properly during peak lunch hours on Friday. The ordering kiosk screen should be redesigned for easy reading. Too overwhelmed with so many pictures and words on a small screen. crowd control - ordering area was small. Friday had a huge crowd. Ordering lines were crashing into each other and people who were waiting for their food. a person for order check - I ordered the burger sauce on the side but it wasn’t in my to-go bag. The server pick up the fries from another to-go bag and put in mine, yuck!!! It was 1/2 bag full anyways.

It was 1/2 price during soft opening. Not sure we will back for grand opening for self service $15 lunch - pricy!!! For the price, maybe I go to a sit down restaurant instead a self service food hall.

It was 2 stars because I realized this is owned by the same group also owns Gravity Height. I don’t have to wait for Sunday afternoon to get the same fried chicken!

Stopped by here for a drink. There seemed to be only high school age kids working here who seemed a little inexperienced. The atmosphere is nice and there were not a lot of other customers, very quiet and seemed like a good place to study or work as well. The drinks are pretty good but watered down so ask for no iceberg in your drink. The hours are super strange, open 8 AM to 2:30 PM during the week and closed on the weekends! I was surprised to be kicked out at 2:30 PM due to an event with supposedly 400 people showing up? Not even sure how this is possible and this place could barely handle a few customers. Overall the hours are weird and very limited, the bartenders were young and inexperienced and the drinks are watered down. Plenty of better...

Update 2024-06-18: Ordered a Tropical Salmon Bowl, and wholly cow, instead of raising prices more, they have really lowered the portion sizes. My meal is now an appetizer. In my photos below, first 2 photos are before times, and last photo is today's bowl. Bad angle, but should give you an idea of what they have done to portions.

Update: 2022-08-23: Enjoyed a Tuna Poke bowl and the fish was not too fishy. They've redeemed themselves the last 5 visits. I usually get the hamburger to be on the safe side.
