Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

VERY RELAXING... This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion:

I went to this coffee shop on a Wednesday morning, November the 3rd, and it was my very first time.

FOOD/DRINK: I came here at 6 am and it was already busy, I ordered an Almond milk Latte and a pumpkin muffin with cream cheese filling. LATTE= well made, Coffee had a nice and intense flavor and it was just as hot as I like it. PUMPKIN MUFFIN= I wanted a muffin and they had three different types, then she said I have the pumpkin muffin with cream cheese filling and it's good... so I went for it. all the Pumpkin spice flavor was in the top part of the muffin and so was the cream cheese filling, very disappointing. She warmed it up for me and when I tried to pull it out of the paper bag the top part came out while the bottom part was stuck in the paper bag. and that is when I realized that the cream chees filling was just a squirt in the top part of the muffin. overall good flavor, but I wouldn't order it again.

STAFF: All the young baristas working there were extremely nice and friendly, with a very customer oriented attitude. They had the right attitude and they were ready to welcome all the people that had too woke up early, that had no caffeine in their system and that were still cranky and moody. great job guys!

CLEANLINESS: The entire place was clean and tidy, no remarks.

RESTROOMS: I went to the restroom as soon as I got in and they were super clean, had paper towels, running hot water, toilette paper and hand soap. that is a super plus, right there... if you want to be a "Morning" Starbucks.

PLACE: The place is nice, not much privacy though. Pretty big open space, with few tables with standard chairs and a long table with high chairs, so that you can choose where to enjoy your breakfast. They have a pretty big wall refrigerator with cold drinks and a lot of water bottles (another great feature for a "morning" Starbucks). What I loved was that at they set up an ORDER PICKUP station... so all the orders they receive are prepared and placed in that section, so that people walk in, look for their drink, leave tips and go on with their life. overall a well designed place, sort of relaxing / good vibe. I did enjoyed my Coffee and the Muffin while sitting at the long table on a high chair.

LOCATION: very good locations, with restaurants and other businesses next door, but sort of far from the main roads, unless you live right in that neighborhood.

CONCLUSIONS: oh yes, I'll definitely go back if I'll happen to be...

The wors experience today... i m buying every day from Starbucks but today was something way different.. I asked her, an employee there, she didn't want to give her name, how long will take to do my drink.. i want to wait in the car with my kid. And she answered... i think you can see we have more costumers in front of you....Ok i know, only i asked to know if i m coming back in 5 or 15 min

When i come i asked way is not what i ordered and she saied because you didn't order this and we don't change or add things for costumers .. this was very weird because i know is not like this... The most rude, person i saw in my life....in...

I go here often, because its near one of my clients. Like any other Star Bucks. The workers here are nice, but definitely not as peppy and outgoing as some of the other Star Bucks I've been to.

I always have to remind them to give me my discount for using a re-usable cup.

Pros • Its a safe community. • The bathrooms are clean. • Service for the most part is good. • I dunno if they don't like me but sometimes the staff feels

Cons • Its a busy Star Bucks • Several of the charging ports/outlets do not work •...
