This experience was great the employee working was super helpful! I explained that the app was not letting me submit my order kept saying it timed out and to try again and then finally submitted my order twice so I wanted to cancel the 2nd order and he gladly assisted me with that and was able to only charge me 1 order..so in store my experience was great but the app needs improvement!! My three visits to this location the owner had showed up just to charge for my subs even tho the employee has not asked what type of sub i wanted to get and after i paid for my sub and it was in the process of barley being made he tells the employee in front of me to remove a pickle and a tomato because it was supossed to be only two of each in a 6 inch sub. I went and ordered the Italian BMT, which is part of the promotion. When I was rung up, the woman wanted $8.65 and I told her that the promotion said it was $4.99.
