Worst customer service, the night crew really needs training, especially the closing shift manager. I placed a $30 order online and went to pick it up, sat at the ordering screen for 10 minutes, then at the window for another 20 min just for the employees to scream at me that they’re closed. I tried to let them know I had a mobile order and wanted to know if I could come in for a refund another time, but they just ignored me. I have worked in drive thru services before and I understand that once you’re closed you’re not allowed to open the door or windows for safety purposes but there is a headset and an ordering screen for a reason, and a quick “sorry we’re currently closed” at the speaker could’ve avoided this altercation, and they could have helped me with my question without having to open anything. Read moreIt's one of the worst Starbucks I've been to. Most Starbucks are usually good, but this one was really bad. For one, the music was extremely loud and felt like I was at a nightclub. It was obvious the manager allowed the crew to play their own music. Secondly, no one said welcome to Starbucks and kept me and my friend waiting. Thirdly, they allow transients to loiter in front of their store and inside to bother customers and ask for money. There was a particular female transient who had urinated on herself and was bothering customers inside the store by asking for money. Crew members clearly saw this activity and did nothing. There was a crew of about 8, and none paid attention to the dining room or the customers in it. They were only focused on the drive-thru.
