Subway — Restaurant in San Diego

The new advertising blocks the view of the veggies. Today the lettuce was browning, the green peppers looked dry/old, and the black olives were crushed pieces in the bottom.

If employees replaced old looking veggies automatically I wouldn't worry about the freshness of the veggies. But because they don't or maybe instructed not to by a manager or owner, I want to be able to see the quality.

Also no longer have crackers for the soup?? So either bring our own or head somewhere else.

The sign didn't include a price for a small drink and chips/2 cookies. I was told it was $3.49. I was charged $4.59 for the drink and soup, then $1.78 for 2 cookies. The card was already ran, no clue if this was a deal or not.

Obviously this new advertising wasn't fully implemented nor was it thought...

Third time I order pick-up from this specific location, third time I am disappointed. None of the ingredients tasted fresh in any of my visits. I even ended up with an upset stomach on my most recent visit. In one of my visits they even missed ingredients which I had added on the app when I made my order. Even though I always ask for extra sauce and two different kinds of sauce on my sandwich, all I get is the driest sandwich possible. I never judge a place where I have only been once. Today I order through the subway app unfortunately there was a glitch in the app and my card got charge but the order didn't processed. I called the store and they didn't receive my order either. Unfortunately it didn't work as it was supposed to but an associate did help me out and still honor my order without an extra charge. I couldn't catch his name but he had excellent customer service and did everything he could in his power to...
