Krispy Krunchy Chicken — Restaurant in San Francisco

May 3rd,2021 (4:27am ... ) we had to wait 7mins for our Krispy crunchy chicken...but it was SO worth it cause it was So Super Delicious!!

This gas station Krispy Krunchy Chicken is the BEsT krispy krunchy chicken in San Francisco!! (... and I have been to All the Krispy Krunchy Chickens in san francisco haha) i figured they all would taste the same....but they do Not. This krispy krunchy chicken has the bestest honey butter biscuits!! They are just full of flavor so moist and yummmmy!! They are Not dry at all ( a lot of the other krispy places ...the biscuits are just...dry..:( ..) and the blueberry biscuits!! Like the jiffy blueberry muffins..but a biscuit full of yummyness!! The chicken...also full of juicy yummyness...i dont know what they do different at this krispy krunchy chicken place ... but they are definitely the yummy~est krispy krunchy chicken in San Francisco!! When we first pulled up to this gas station..if you have ever been here or if you decide to go here (which everyone should try the food here!!) ....maybe just go during the day time..(haha..jk) if you are not use to the area tho...it can look... its san Francisco.. haha .. but dont be scared.. just run inside and order some krispy krunchy chicken food from here! Or even better .. you can just order some krispy krunchy chicken (the one on van ness ave ) from doordash or postmates and have the food come to you (: The only reason i put 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the cashiers are kinda rude like or get irritated or something because i am not sure what they are saying and i keep saying .."what..?.." ..or .."..um..i dont know what you are saying.." but i guess i could see how that would be kinda annoying.. and the other reason why i put a 4 star instead of a 5 is because the sun face on the box freaks me out and is just creepy!! (Sorry if you never noticed the Sun pic on the box...until now because i had to point it out to you.. and now you will also be forever freaked out everytime you get a box of food from here.. .. sorry.) But dont let that stop you from getting food from here cause it is So...

Let me start off by saying If I could give this place a NEGATIVE rating , I certainly would . I and my family have had nothing but great eating experiences and wonderful customer service at the location close to Daly City. Being that this restaurant is in San Francisco (a tourist friendly city) I thought going to a 24hr KKFC was going be a good decision but tonight was the worst. The customer service was TERRIBLE, and full of attitude. On top of that, they gave me old, Soggy food, that looked as if it had been sitting there for hours. When I went back in to ask them for fresh chicken , the man rudely interrupted me and claimed that they were fresh. After having to go back and forth with him about it not being fresh, I opened the container, and showed him the super soggy, dark, burnt looking hot wing, and he immediately took the box and threw it in the trash, not once apologizing for giving me old chicken, or his outrageous attitude. I had to let him know that I too worked in a chicken fast food establishment, and I know what old chicken looks like. He then proceeded to raise his voice at me and tell me again that the chicken was fresh, when his action of throwing the "old chicken" out says otherwise. The man proceeded to then give me FRESH chicken. Which was a complete turn around from what we had before, and I made sure to show him this before leaving. After I had returned to my car with my waiting family and the rest of our food, I looked in the other box with the tenders in it, and saw that they were also not fresh. I also noticed that the amount requested and paid for were not there. I am outraged! I have no energy to go back into that restaurant and argue with the rude man after a long day, and my family being hungry. I can tell you two things; the first being that I want to make a complaint and make sure it gets past the supervisor AND receive a full refund, and two, never recommend this...

I usually don't do reviews however this place has been getting so bad I decided to hop on here. I'm usually a regular here and come in on my way to work to get something to eat before hand. However lately the quality of the food has been getting worse and worse everytime I come in to the point that I've given up on the place. Today I bought some nuggets with what little money I had till payday and when I got them they were hard as a rock and tasted like they've been out for WAY too many hours. Then the ranch packet they gave me was already kinda open so was just coming out of the packet as I was walking with it. On top of that the staff hardly pays attention to their customers (not just me but every customer i see that goes in there) and their drink selections have been dwindling to the point of just lazy ordering. If it was just a once in a blue moon thing I wouldn't be as agitated but its like every time i come in now. It sucks because this was my daily go to for stuff and now after today I just give up...
