Really sad service here at 2 a.m. no wonder alot of business is going out people don't care I stopped at this Carl's Jr. At 1:30 a m. 2:00 a.m. and the service was so bad I mean I can understand if it took a long time because less employees and the time it was but the white lady manager was nice but nothing to order no ice, no shakes,no pasties, out of chicken nuggets I mean no food out was bad I basically has to find a fast food place to go eat because v this one has nothing no ice either I bought a western ,famous star ,Diablo burger and no ice for my soda thayxwhere out of ice I had to stop at 7/ 11. And the a.c. was out because it was humid in there and I ask her why is the a c. Read moreI'm not a person to knock peoples business or job. On September 15 1040pm I pull up and order a spicy chicken sandwich and a #9 jalapeño burger combo. When I pull up to pay, the young girl charges me and tells me to back up 10 feet and instructs me "staybthere till we call you forward." I thought that was very awkward. I've never had to do that in a drive thru. Now this is where I decided to write a review. In addition the awkwardness at the store, I get home to have received a double plain cheeseburger with a soggy hot piece of lettuce with hard toasted buns. My wifes chicken sandwich said was super dry and tough to bite through. We didn't appreciate what we received for the order being $22. We visit this location repeatedly and have never experienced such a thing. My personal opinion I paid $15 for a burger that was sitting there for an hour under the heater lamp. Read moreUnsanitary and less than average service. Received an incorrect order but was told it was my fault because that's what was on the receipt although I had not asked for that burger. I found this out after I had already driven home so I had to return. By that time all of my food was cold so I had asked if they could remake my food, which essentially they should be able to do if a customer is unhappy with their food, but they refused. It was not until I kept asking that they said they would have to ask their boss. At this point I no longer wanted to deal with them so I asked for a refund, which I did receive. As a side note, I watched the food handler touch the bread, cheese, and other food items while also wiping get fingers on a dirty wet cloth and touching other appliances.
