Overall, a very solid institution. I got the dry bowl with all the various meats. I felt the portions were fairly generous, the flavor profile was very good (the noodles and the sauce they added, was quite balanced, even without any condiments). , and the toppings were quite fresh. There is a small counter where you can serve yourself, pickled bamboo, seaweed, pickled peppers, With a few condiments to taste.

I was fairly impressed by the meat, portions are pretty generous, and the overall quality of everything was very good. Only thing that I wasn't a huge fan of was the crispy pork, because it was actually mostly only skin and not much meat on it.

I would give this place somewhere between a four and five. Would definitely come back to try their other. Dishes.

Toppings were thoughtfully prepared: crispy tofu skin, fresh wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, peanuts, and greens all contributed to a complex and satisfying bowl. I opted to add stewed beef, which was tender, deeply seasoned, and generously portioned — absolutely worth the upgrade.

A standout feature is the complimentary self-serve side dish station, offering items like kelp salad, pickled long beans, radish, and bamboo shoots. This generous addition not only elevated the overall experience but also demonstrated the restaurant’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
